Jesus said this to peter... But why?
Well he did deny Christ three times. Jesus asked Paul "why are you persecuting me? And we all know how they all were lost for a moment arguing of who was the greatest. And how Judas sold God short for his own lot.
Jesus told them that they will all fall but many orthodox have sainted them all, saying they are sinless, ok . then why did Christ forgive them all but one, judas who was most intimate with Jesus, got the blessing of wisdom and mystery but traded it all for something worldly. Can someone elaborate on when jesus says that to peter?

Satan = enemy.

In that moment, Peter was going against God's Will for Christ and thus, became the enemy (satan)

Jesus told them that they will all fall but many orthodox have sainted them all, saying they are sinless, ok . then why did Christ forgive them all but one,

True. The disciples of Christ did many mistakes when Christ was with them. From Book of Acts and onwards, they still made mistakes like Peter allowing James to take the lead in the Council of Jerusalem, worse still, James was acting on his own understanding, not the Spirit. And then Paul had friction with other disciples and did not forgive one of them.

The scriptures that Jesus is talking about is not the same as our Bible. The difference is huge for starters. It is mostly ancient scriptures that wasn't corrupted by the Pharisees and Sadducees - your righteousness must exceed those of the scribes. The scribes aren't perfect and neither are guided by the Spirit. They made errors in transcriptions.

All of this is rather - disjointed. Including the title.

If you wish to know about why Jesus called Peter Satan and why Jesus spoke rather dismissively to Peter, I use you to read Matthew 16:21 - 28 and then Mark 8:31 - 33. Not just one verse, but the whole story from two perspectives. The answer is really quite plain.

this just came up on my twitter feed:

Yup, things of men (as opposed to the things of God) are the enemy (satan).

In context:

1 John 2:15
Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them.

Just a comment on the bolded part - the Church canonized them as Saints, that's not up to individual Christians to decide. But that doesn't mean they were sinless. I've never heard any Orthodox person say the Apostles were sinless ...

What it means is that we have evidence that they were pleasing to God ... they died in the faith.

I also question why you might consider Judas to be the most intimate with Christ? Peter, James, and John were the ones in His innermost circle when more intimate things happened, such as the Transfiguration.

The scriptures offer many things on this, for starters a man's enemies are of his own household, which as you may recall they referred to the Master of the house as Beelzebub, which is just another name for Satan (Adversary);

Yet the passage that you are referring to shows Y'shua first commending Peter for being in Grace, seeing how it was the Father speaking through him:

Immediately afterward Peter steps out of Grace and expresses his very own sentiment, which happens to be the very same sentiment of every Christian I ever met, Oh No! Far be it that anyone would lay a hand on our Messiah;

The example shows how pathetic we can be even with our best intentions, the morale of the story is do not listen to your Ego/Satan, but lean upon Ea'huah Elohym with your whole heart, if we be Annointed beings then hear his voice, and silence your own.
