Il lived in San Jose a number of years. Not familiar with the place, but know the area. Mixed feeling, seems like a sleazy place, but all the mandate rules hurt a lot of good places, but at least they occasionally work to get rid of sleazy cess pools.

I agree that shutting down these sleazy cess pools is wise. Prostitution is utterly disgusting, a market for diseases.
