  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I have already said that I believe that people who have never heard the gospel will more than likely be an exception. Why are you asking me that question when I have already made that statement?
Because then you come back with questions which seemingly place these people back in the "hell or bust" category.

Now, if you asked me "Will an atheist go to hell?" I might have a different answer for you, but the fact of the matter is, that wasn't what was asked. As I said before, and I'll say again... there are far too many mitigating circumstances in each individuals life for us to make a decision one way or another on whether or not they will obtain heaven.

I'd like to say that Christians will have an easier time getting into Heaven, but I'm not sure that I believe that because to whom much is given, much will be expected.

All I know is, whoever gets into Heaven gets in because of Jesus Christ. Who those lucky people are though, I haven't a clue.

Listen you did it again! I really wish you would stop putting words in my mouth! I have already said (more than once now) that I believe that if a person has not been exposed to the gospel then there will be grace. I am asking you if other than that situation, does the church teach salvation without Jesus? Maybe for you this is nice and simple but for me it isn't! I am coming back from attending a Protestant church who had nothing at all but bad things to say about Catholicism. While you sit there all comfortable with your church and what is taught by them, I sit here worried and wondering constantly! I am here NOT KNOWING and trying to learn and I do not need you to jump on me like you did. You may be a moderator here but you were a little hard on me. Considering you know nothing about me I think that was really mean of you.

I've said several times that salvation is only through Jesus Christ. I have said no different through the entire conversation.
