  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

That's true. It's becoming a very popular combination though. I love it!

My chicken salad

Takes about 20 mins.

Cut up chicken breasts into small cubes and sprinkle with garlic and onion powder or pour a very small amount of caesar vinagreitte dressing and cook in skillet.

Add lettuce, whole black olives, shredded cheese, sunflower seeds and cucumber and then add the chicken. My family LOVES it and is sooo fast and easy plus you got your meat, veggie and dairy food groups in one dish :)

another great salad we love in the summer months...so refreshing

pea salad affectionally called 'Pea stuff' at our house.

1 Lg package of frozen baby (peitte) peas you can just rinse in some warm water to defrost not cooked...

1 block of cheddar cheese, or yellow/white, cut in cubes, about the size of the end of your thumb

red bell pepper cut up in same size.

you can cut up green onions chopped

1 med size carton of sour cream...you can use fat free
and 1/2 cup of mayo salt and pepper to taste, chill and it is SO REFRESHING and good!

Yummy!
