I'm training for a 5k and my long term goal is to compete in a triathalon. I've been at this for less than a year and was wondering if anyone could give me any tips. I especially need some ideas for a good diet plan. Also, if there is an ideal way to train I need to know too.

Oh! And I'd also like to know-which is better? Regular water or 'enhanced' water or sports drinks?
