Running Cancer Thread

I have a friend that has lived with lung cancer for a year and a half. He isn't doing real well right now, so I have a two fold prayer request if I may.


1.) Pray for him to recover if it is God's will, and if it is not God's will, pray that he find's God before he leaves this world.

2.) Pray for God to give me strength in dealing with this. I am not good with people who are on their way out of this world. I don't go around him because I don't know what to say or do. I know I'm going to have to eventually because he needs his friends right now, so essentially I'm being pretty selfish. So there is a thrid prayer request....

3.) Pray for God to take away my selfishness.

hey everyone i would like you all to pray for a teacher i had who had breast cancer and then in it went away but then it came back. but she got through it and was fine but i just found out her husband who was only 54 just died. so please pray for her.
