Sorry to hear about your friend. As for dying alone, I don't think that happens. A good friend told me that she believes that God sends an angel to bring us home, and thinking about it I agree with her.

My daughter is afraid her father might die alone, and this thought is a comfort to us both as we walk through the valley of the shadow. I wonder whether to bring him home to spend his last weeks with us, but as he will not accept what is happening, it is difficult to achieve.

My prayers are with you all.

I will be praying for all of the requests , and remember this : Jesus Heals ! There is nothing too hard for our God , this i know as he healed me from cancer , 9 years ago.
Sometimes he uses chemo, sometimes surgery, sometimes he just steps in, all according to his will for your life . But even if you have to walk it out , he is there , and in him is perfect healing. Praise God !

Jesus does heal. And everything that is impossible becomes impossible in Him.
Pray to and lean on Him.
He will grant and give you mercy and peace.
