The ruling Tuesday in the former Big Apple mayor’s $148 million defamation case calls on Giuliani to hand over his E. 66th St. apartment, a Mercedes-Benz Model SL500, sports memorabilia, other valuables and cash to Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss.

The goods are slowly being prised from Giuliani's hands.

Rudy Giuliani has turned over his 1980 Mercedes-Benz convertible, his luxury watch collection and a diamond ring, marking a partial end to a saga where the former mayor of New York City has tried to outrun the court system as two Georgia election workers try to collect on a $150 million debt he has owed them for a year.

An attorney representing Giuliani told a federal judge in New York that the ring and watches were delivered by FedEx and the car “was delivered as requested” in Florida. Giuliani also told his bank to turn over at least $30,000 in a bank account, according to a Friday court filing.

The pair are also still fighting in court to try to win his $3.5 million Palm Beach, Florida, condo and four Yankees World Series rings from the 1990s and 2000.

Judge spikes 2 witnesses in Rudy Giuliani trial over whether he can keep Yankees rings, Fla. condo​

Judge Lewis Liman called the addition of witnesses Monsignor Alan Placa and Thomas Goodman, a Giuliani spokesman, a “thinly-veiled attempt to re-litigate my decision not to adjourn this trial.”

Giuliani added Placa, a longtime friend and Catholic priest accused of child sexual abuse, to the witness list on Dec. 17, and Goodman on Dec. 23.

At a pre-trial hearing Tuesday, Giuliani lawyer Joseph Cammarata ... said of Placa’s credibility, “He answers to a higher power than this court. … He answers to God, your Honor.”

That drew a sharp response from the judge, who pointed out that every witness in court must be treated equally, regardless of faith, political affiliation or gender.

Giuliani and Georgia election workers reach settlement in defamation case​

The court document did not provide details about the [private] settlement. Both sides expressed satisfaction with the terms, which they said included Giuliani keeping his homes and other assets that he risked losing because of the defamation judgment.

“Today is a major milestone in our journey,” the statement [from the women] said. “We have reached an agreement and we can now move forward with our lives. We have agreed to allow Mr. Giuliani to retain his property in exchange for compensation and his promise not to ever defame us.”

I hope Giuliani can keep from defaming the pair. It took him long enough to reach a settlement.

Don't forget, Rudy still has the civil suit from the employee whom he allegedly raped while pressuring her to work without pay. The filing indicates there is plenty of audio of the assaults and crooked behavior, possibly even examples of the infamous offers by Rudy & Trump to sell pardons for $2M apiece! Capitalism at its best!
