Haven't head much from Mike lately. Has he paid off the bills that got him evicted? Or that $5 million judgement to the guy who proved his "stolen election" information was false?

ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A court ordered the eviction Wednesday of MyPillow from a suburban Minneapolis warehouse that it formerly used, but company founder and prominent election denier Mike Lindell said that it’s just a formality because the landlord wants to take the property back.

Lindell denied in an interview with The Associated Press that the eviction was another sign of his money woes. He said his financial picture is actually improving after a credit crunch last year disrupted cash flow at MyPillow after the company lost one of its major advertising platforms and was dropped by several national retailers.

“We’re fine,” he said.

Lindell faced a setback last month when a federal judge affirmed a $5 million arbitration award in favor of a software engineer who challenged data that Lindell said proves China interfered in the 2020 U.S. presidential election and tipped the outcome to Joe Biden. Lindell acknowledged in January that Fox News stopped running MyPillow commercials amid a billing dispute.

MyPillow founder Mike Lindell’s THIRD lawyer deserts him in $5m ‘prove Mike wrong’ dispute

MyPillow founder Mike Lindell has lost yet another lawyer involved in a civil lawsuit he hopes will avoid him paying out $5m in award money he offered in an election fraud evidence competition.

Lindell, an avid Donald Trump supporter, launched the ‘Prove Mike Wrong’ challenge in 2021 and promised to pay the huge prize to anyone who could prove alleged evidence of 2020 election fraud false.

Computer forensics expert Robert Zeidman did just that, but Lindell refused to pay and tried to renege on his offer.

However, a private arbitration panel in April 2023 ruled that Lindell must pay Zeidman, which the businessman then tried to challenge. A district judge has ruled that the panel’s decision stood.

Trump seems to corrupt and ruin everyone he entices into his reach.

What kind of nut would hire a disgraced, disbarred dude with a defamation judgement against him to talk over the airwaves?

Mike Lindell Gives Rudy Giuliani a Job

On Tuesday, Lindell appeared on Steve Bannon's WarRoom show where guest hosts are filling in after Bannon surrendered himself to prison this week.

"Speaking of Rudy Giuliani...we hired him over at FrankSpeech.com. He's on my network now. He follows Steve Bannon, it's Steve Bannon, and then after him is Lou Dobbs and then myself," Lindell said.
Is Steve Bannon doing his podcast from gaol?
What an absolutely delightful prison that must be!

Is there any evidence he's back on crack? I think he's found a different addiction.
None that I am aware of; he's completely divorced from reality though, so I'm not sure what would keep him off it (or anything else). Seems like Trump is his Higher Power. I don't feel like that's going to work well for humility, or sobriety, or business, or sanity or repentance.

I think you answered your question. That kind of nut.

Giuliani bankruptcy creditors fire off subpoenas to try to establish whether Trump owes him money

Creditors in disgraced former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy case have issued subpoenas to his associates to try to determine whether his former client Donald Trump owes him money, as the ex-mayor has previously claimed.
The Independent previously reported that the creditors’ committee is “discussing” taking legal action against Mr Trump to recover this [allegedly owed] $2m — a move that Mr Giuliani has said he does not want to take.

Bankrupt Rudy Giuliani Sought Trump Payment 'Any Number of Times'—Court Documents

In a February 7 deposition before attorney Andrea Schwartz, from the Office of the United States Trustee, Giuliani said that he has never been paid anything by the Trump campaign. The office may appoint a trustee to oversee Giuliani's income and assets.

"We have for any number of times asked to be paid. Expenses were paid. And we haven't been paid [the actual legal fees]."

Giuliani said that he had never calculated how much Trump owes him, but that total figure was "about $2 million."

<Trump probably prefers to pay lawyers who don't lose and get disbarred.>

Judge dismisses Giuliani’s bankruptcy case, allowing creditors to try to seize his assets

Rudy Giuliani is no longer entitled to bankruptcy protection, a judge decided Friday, making it possible for creditors to immediately pursue his assets within days.

The former mayor of New York sought bankruptcy protection after a jury awarded two Georgia election workers $148 million because Giuliani defamed them after the 2020 election. The judge’s decision Friday, to end his bankruptcy, paves the way for Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, as well as other creditors, who are trying to collect on the more than $150 million Giuliani owes.

Judge Sean Lane of the federal bankruptcy court in New York made the decision partly because of Giuliani’s lack of transparency after he filed for bankruptcy more than six months ago.

“Mr. Giuliani has failed to provide an accurate and complete picture of his financial affairs in the six months that this case has been pending,” Lane wrote in his decision Friday. “The lack of financial transparency is particularly troubling given concerns that Mr. Giuliani has engaged in self-dealing and that he has potential conflicts of interest that would hamper the administration of his bankruptcy case.”

Rudy Giuliani Handed $331,000 Bill in Bankruptcy Case

An advisory firm that was monitoring Rudy Giuliani's finances for five months has hit him with a $331,000 bill for its services.
The film, Global Data Risk, was hired to check if the former New York mayor was hiding assets from his debtors.
Lawyers for Giuliani's creditors previously told a New York judge that Giuliani must pay the full amount to Global Data Risk before the creditors will agree with his request to come out of bankruptcy.
Giuliani is facing dozens of creditors and a number of high-profile lawsuits, including a $10 million sexual harassment claim and a $1.3 billion voter machine defamation case.

In their continued fight against Giuliani, Freeman and Moss are now asking for a ruling ordering he turn over his nonexempt assets within a week or face a receivership, which would give the election workers immediate control to begin liquidation.

“The record is clear that any enforcement devices that rely on even minimal participation by the judgment debtor would run aground on Mr. Giuliani’s demonstrated strategy of disobedience and delay,” their attorneys wrote in court filings.

[Judge] Liman has scheduled a status conference for Oct. 28, when the parties are set to return to court to discuss next steps.

I really hope this is a cautionary tale for the next people who which to use innocent people in their conspiracy theory to support Trump's unfounded claims of a 'stolen election'
Notice that Trump himself didn't do it. He had underlings do it, and face the consequences. He ruins everyone who trusts him.

its the way mob bosses work. they talk in code so that nothing sticks to them. But their underlings know exactly what is expected of them. Underlings take the fall if caught.

Trump loves the godfather movies. I'm sure he would like to be a "godfather".

The interesting thing about this day and age though, not only do his lawyers run around doing his dirty work. But he also does crowdsourcing. He says something bad about someone and the crowd then do a campaign of intimidation on that person, especially on witnesses, judges, prosecutors etc.

When it comes to pardons, he gave them out to his wealthy, elite and powerful friends who can provide help to him in the future. He didn't pardon the plebs that attacked the capital.

All these greasers, think if they are in Trump's good books, doing favours for Trump then he might throw them a bone.
But actually they just end up getting thrown under the bus.

Do a deal with the devil and you end up losing everything.
