It's now been two years since Justin Welby ascended to the Archbishopric of Canterbury. He has had time to establish his tone and agenda for the arch-episcopate. With the passage of time and the perceived success or failure of Mr. Welby, how do mainstream Anglicans now view Rowan Williams and his tenure as ABC? Is it still too early to put Williams arch-episcopate in proper perspective?
