I really don't have any preference about brands. I guess I don't love root beer enough to care?

I don't know what root beer is, I don't think we have it here. What roots is it made of? Is this just a random question? Does it matter if we like it or not? Will we get a thesis of how significant root beer is to our well being?

Ah those are good. I like barqs too. That's the only root beer that has caffeine that I'm aware of. A&W is pretty good for root beer floats. I went to an A&W fast food place once after church where we bought some fountain A&W. I drank it until the taste kept making me think of corn bread, and I couldn't figure out why, then I realized that it tasted like syrup that I used to put on corn bread as a kid. So then I couldn't drink it anymore and I gave the rest to my dad when I got home. I have had bottled and canned A&W since and haven't come across the same problem.
I'm so picky I guess.
I used to dislike mug root beer, and I can't remember if I like it now or not. Root beer is kinda like a rare treat.
In my family we used to get "Dad's Root Beer" to celebrate birthdays.
I have always liked root beer flavored candies too.
When I was 19 I met a wine and cheese snob who thought me and my brother and boyfriend were carrying beer bottles around into a cheese shop. So when she said something about "the best wine and cheese" and we told her we were drinking root beer she gave us a dirty look.

Yes, I'm obsessed. It's one of the things I missed most when I was living in the UK, since they don't really have it. I'm also a bit of a root beer snob, so I checked both "love" and "only certain root beers."

Those are quite tasty. Definitely not root beer though. I've made cream soda floats before. Well also orange soda floats.

I only drink black coffee, water (carbonated or plain), and unsweetened tea. I don't mean to be a buzzkill but soda has so much unfibered sugar in it which can lead to ldl cholesterol (causes heart disease) and fat. I'll sometimes drink sweetened coffee but I do so as a desert.

This is so very true. That is why I seriously limit my intake of pop or any other drink, for that matter.
