We are a people. We are us. We are focusing on our (Christians)sins. One of Satan's biggest tricks is to get us focused on the sins and errors of other people instead of concentrating on our own. On Judgment Day, Christ is not going to be sidetracked. He will be focusing on each one of us, and He's not going to let us get away with trying to get sidetracked into discussing other people's sins and errors.
Unfortunately. You eveal a basic ambiguity in your sense of identity:
We are a people. We are us. We are focusing on our (Christians)sins.
Ya think they knew something the "palefaces" didn't?I asked an Indian once how to curse in Indian.
He looked at me like he didn't know what I was talking about.
I said, "You know, what is a word Indians say when they are expressing ill will, something bad, something evil."
He thought for a minute and said,"Waseca".
I said, "What does that mean?"
He said,"White man".

Can't remember where the thread is but an ex-Christian on the NCR exclaimed his turning to Islam was a "reversion", and a seeker/atheist ask "what the heck does that mean"Prior to my conversion, I said the same thing, word for word.

Good for her!My wife was a cradle Catholic only she didn't really practice until I converted. She followed me back into the Church, so I call her a revert.

John 7:37 In yet the last day, the great, of the feast, stood the Jesus and cries-out/ekraxen <2896>, saying, "If-ever any-one may be thirsting/diya <1372> (5725), let him be coming toward/proV <4314> Me and be drinking";
A lot of my family on my Dad's side are RCs [I was born and raised RC myself] and when a RC relative died, I even prayed the rosary with them at the service. Don't know what I would do if a Jewish or Muslim friend/relative died.it goes the other way for me. I realized that Catholicism was all a set of man-made rules.
My heritage is so Catholic. Down through centuries. No questions asked. Then I started asking questions.
No need to go over them.

So that's what it takes?A lot of my family on my Dad's side are RCs [I was born and raised RC myself] and when a RC relative died, I even prayed the rosary with them at the service. Don't know what I would do if a Jewish or Muslim friend/relative died.
And Catholics favor plaid which is composed of parallels!
Coincidence?
I reckon so..........So that's what it takes?
Somebody's gotta die before you'll pray the rosary?
