the problem , dear children of Christ , is that only the Gospel of John records the Lord's Supper in this manner.
Matthew , Mark , Luke and the Epistles speak of it as a commandment [ ordinance , sacrament , command ] or a remembrance .
In the Old Covenant - Num 35.30 ; Dt. 17.6 ; 19.15 ; , and by Jesus' words Mt. 18.16 ; 2 Cor 13.1 ; and the words of Paul : out of the mouth of 2-3 witnesses will your words [ dogma, doctrine, principles ] be established .
In acts it says that the 12 established deacons to free them up for ministry of the word and the Lord's supper [ like bread and butter ; hand and glove , foot and shoe .... ] We seem to have one camp with the word and the other with the supper , when both are required ..... word of God and lamb of God ...
