No ive never been to Ohio. Ive only been to new york and new jersey in the US, and stopped over in hawaii and L.A in the airport.

hang out with friends, cook with them, watch movies with them
by myself, I like to drink tea, read books

I like to cook Italian food, and some classical French food, and a little Japanese food

chicken kiev
shrimp marinated in miso served with buckwheat noodles
pesto risotto
chicken and tortellini soup
jambalaya
steaks with a dried mushroom crust
shrimp scampi over linguini

Ooh yum I'd like to try jambalaya as never had it before but heard a .carpenters song about it.
Are you italian?

yeah, half Italian on my dads side
on my moms side, I am a mix of English/Dutch/Irish/German and a few other northern European countries

Wow i have family in new york too! A cousin. Ive only been there once. I dont know if go again..its so far away.

What do you love about New York?

I love the diversity
like Columbus is a good size city, we have just over 1 million people in the greater Columbus area, you can find most things
but in New York, you can find anything
entire neighborhoods with their own Ethnic identity
a Italian neighborhoods where the people actually speak Italian, and it just has its own cultural feel to it
China Town has its own personality
Little Odessa is the Russian and Ukrainian neighborhood
Williamburgs is now the trendy spot, lots of hipsters, but it is just amazing to visit their

also, New York is neighborhood focused
like people shop local, and they are less likely to shop at big chain stores
and because space is at such a high price, most stores are smaller

and the food is amazing
like there is SO much competition in New York, if you have bad food you will go out of business

I know a few phrases
I am not very good with languages
I used to speak some Arabic too

in High School, my Spanish teacher said I spoke Spanish with an Italian accent lol

I only know belissimo! And..that's amore. And la dolce vita. We don't really have many italians in nz.

andiamo means "hurry up"

I do not speak Italian, I just know a few phrases that my family uses

Can you name a Bible verse that you paid very little attention to in the past but now embrace because of newly acquired knowledge or better understanding of the Word/God/Jesus?

Jesus as the "Word of God"
the more I learn about this
the deeper it becomes
the Greek word used in the Gospel of John is "Logos"

that word, and the secular Greek philosophy of the time, is VERY interesting
