This is not talking about the church. This is instructions for those in the nation of Israel. Those that flee as instructed become the remnant that the dragon seeks war with.

Matthew chapter 24 is one of those passages which kills the Two Peoples of God doctrine.
Therefore Dispensationalists claim the book is not addressed to the Church.

The problem is that Jesus spoke of His Church in Matthew 16:18, and the "Great Commission" to the Church is found at the end of Matthew's Gospel.

Christ was speaking to men that He already knew would be leaders of His Church, when He used the word "you" in Matthew chapter 24.

The historical record confirms that the early Christians did flee from the city of Jerusalem, before the final siege of 70 AD.

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)(Read John 10:22 to understand)
Mat 24:16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains:

Luk 21:20 And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh.
Luk 21:21 Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto.
(See Luke 19:41-44)

LOL, the nation of Israel just obliterates replacement theology. Further, replacement theology shows a complete lack of faith of God and His word.

When scripture shows your doctrine to be in error, respond with an LOL and ignore Galatians 3:16, and Titus 3:9, and Romans 9:6, and Romans 9:8, and Romans 11:1-5, and the scripture recorded by John, found below.

Maybe nobody else knows the difference between the Baal worshipers and the faithful remnant.

1Jn 2:22 Who is a liar but he that denieth that Jesus is the Christ? He is antichrist, that denieth the Father and the Son.
1Jn 2:23 Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: (but) he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

2Jn 1:7 For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.
2Jn 1:8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
2Jn 1:9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
2Jn 1:10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
2Jn 1:11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.

Rev 14:4 is about the 144000 first fruits from the 12 tribes.

I agree that revelation 14:4 is about the 144,000 first fruits from the 12 tribes.

James was writing to the 12 tribes when he stated that they were the first fruits.
James 1:1 James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, To the twelve tribes in the Dispersion:
James 1:18 He chose to give us birth through the word of truth, that we would be a certain firstfruits of His creation.

If James, inspired by the Holy Spirit, stated that those from the 12 tribes of Israel, in his day, were the first fruits, I believe him. Do you disagree with James? Were those from the 12 tribes, in James' day, not really the first fruits of God's creation?

Yes, I agree that the persecution of the church is not the wrath of God. On a side note, there is no mention of the church being killed in the 5th seal.

So those who were killed for the Word of God and for the testimony are not believers?
Revelation 6:9 And when the Lamb opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the testimony they had upheld

Those that had been slain that were given a white robe were not believers? The fellow servants and brothers that were going to be killed were not believers?
Revelation 6:11 Then each of them was given a white robe and told to rest a little while longer, until the full number of their fellow servants, their brothers, were killed, just as they had been killed.

You do realize that the church is the body of Christ made up of Jew and gentile believers, no? You do realize that anyone who has faith in the one true God is a part of the body of Christ? You do realize that that those of old covenant Israel, who had faith in God, are a part of the body of Christ?

Hebrews 11:39-40 These (OT SAINTS) were all commended for their faith, yet they (OT SAINTS) did not receive what was promised. God had planned something better for us (CHURCH), so that together with us (CHURCH) they (OT SAINTS) would be made perfect.

There is only one body, those who had, currently have, and will have faith in the one true God and His promises. The 2 peoples of God is a false doctrine.
Galatians 3:27-29 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise.

This is not talking about the church. It is the time of Jacobs trouble. The church has been raptured before any seals are opened.

Matthew 24:9 Then YOU will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and YOU will be hated by all nations because of me.

The YOU's of Matthew 24:9 are accusative 2nd person. This means that they are directed at the disciples. It is the disciples that will be persecuted and put to death and hated because of Jesus. Were the disciples not part of the church?

There is no such thing as the "2 peoples of God or "replacement theology" both are false doctrines. There is and only ever has been one people of God: those who have faith in Him and His promises.
