This is why I stopped bothering to try. It's all about walking by sight rather than walking by faith. Some people simply refuse to see the difference.

Hey bro,I know how you feel.

We want to share the good news,it is our commission.

I don't know how you began in W.O.F.,but it was a blessing to get hold of the truth.

Most of us started elsewhere and our eyes were opened to what the word says, rather
Than what was taught from the pulpit.

I was listening to a Hagin teaching,it is so simple it is profound.

A lady was very ill and a Evangelist came to visit,he was a healer.

She asked him what is faith?
He replied that is easy, just believe what the Bible says.

Hagin expounds with a example" he mentioned a bank transaction wherein he had a banker
Send funds.

Now he said I never thought twice that my banker would not do what he said he would.

His point was in our life,we have absolute faith in men doing what they say.

The Living word of God,our Lord Jesus Christ has before us the written word infused by him.

Given to mankind to lead and guide by our spirit, from Christ in the Holy Spirit.

How much easier it should be to trust God than man?

As I said so simple, yet profound.

Men fail, forget, procrastinators, sometimes UN Godly, but most of the time we believe they will do what they say.

God never fails, always in perfect time, will never forsake us nor change.

He even tells us if he is with us nothing can stand against us.

Everything named on earth or heaven is under the feet of Christ,he said our enemies are his foot stool.

All the promises of God are yes and Amen (so be it )

But Jedi people still have a free will choice not to believe, sometimes we have to say amen and keep witnessing to others in need.

You are right of course, but the feelings of frustration and discouragement are there when people refuse to see the simplicity of the Gospel in favor of what they see in the natural. I'm young. I'll get over it. Thanks for the encouragement. God Bless.

Very well said...It's unfortunate, it's been happening on our forum. (Walking by SIGHT rather than walking by FAITH.)

Reminds me of a quote...
"If you always do what you've always done, you will always get what you always got."
But Jedi people still have a free will choice not to believe, sometimes we have to say amen and keep witnessing to others in need.

Good point...
Matt: 10:14

"And whosoever will not receive you nor hear your words, depart from them and shake the dust off your feet."
I won't go as far as to depart, nor avoid anyone that don't agree with us in some ways. And I know that all here would agree that we can still remain friends, and continue fellowshipping with them when they come into our house, even if we disagree on some things. And with that, we can continue ministering to others in need, as well...

Greater works...

1. "So, how do we respond in a loving way when we are asked point blank?"

I like that.

2. "Many folks try to apply their faith on a major sickness when they have not even gotten victory for a cold".

I have a couple of questions on this:

Do we come to His throne of "favor for the unworthy" [that is, throne of grace; merit=worth as in Webster's New Dictionary) just for favor or a favor given based on an acknowledgement of our unworthiness?

If favor (that brings all blessings) is given by God regardless of a person's worth or no-worth, isn't it sufficient to deliver anyone without a difference between a cold or a major sickness and without a difference between a miracle-worker or a word-teacher?
