Actually sending them a Bill is a great idea, you just need to present the bill in a unique way

Something along the lines of spa day, manacure / pedacure, a Dinner out for the two of you, ect.

I don't like Valentine's Day. I don't want anything for that day and he knows that. He honors my wishes about it for the most part. It's a waste of money IMHO.

Gosh, I'm the same way! I always thought maybe I just wasnt the romantic type - but I honestly don't want anything either.
We already have anniversaries each year, birthdays & Christmas for gift exchanges. Who can afford all this?

I usually just get a card & that's it. If he gets me anything more it bothers me even tho it was nice of him to do.

Ladies, your husbands are lucky. I do most of the housework, dusting and vacuuming. I actually bring home the bacon and fry it up in a pan

I was fixing my former chef's computer a couple weeks ago and I refused any cash payment so he paid me in bacon 10 lbs of it.

I enjoy cleaning. My wife does more family organizing, laundry and the kids needs.

Sir, your wife is very fortunate. My husband appreciates everything I do and is extremely indulgent. I appreciate that he's the sole breadwinner and takes care of our needs. There are days, however . . . that I'd like to get a day off. The wives/mothers are generally on duty 7 days a week, but there are rewards.

I don't like to get things either, but I love to give to others! My daughter and I have made heart shaped cookies and put them in a cellophane bag with ribbons and taken them to my husband at work. This year we made chocolate truffles (recipe on Foodtv.com -- show is How to Boil Water Tyler Florence). I make dinner and we put candles on the table. It's for the whole family and doesn't really cost bunches.

that's so sweet! Gosh... I need to do little things like that. I'm just not like that and I WISH I was! I rarely do things becuz I always think people will HATE what I made, or think it's stupid, or not like it...

My kids think its corny but my daughter now gets out the "torch" to light the candles almost every night and she is almost 15! Kids grow up so fast! My son will be going to college this fall and I want him to remember growing up fondly even if it is corny.
