I know what science says, is says many different things, to many different people.

I have studied it for years.

Looked at all the documentation, so called fossils and everything.

Took it is high school and other places.

But i do know what science says about DNA.

But, just to know, what is your scientific data?

That's not at all convincing. It sounds like you have a cereal packet summary of the concept. That's not a sound basis on which to reject it.

"So called fossils". The "so called" suggests you do not think that fossils are the remains of previously living lifeforms. Is that so? If so, what is your reasoning? If not, what did you mean by it?

Still, it is not scientific evidence. No book can be. The Bible is no more scientific evidence of creationism than Origin of Species is evidence of evolution.

You know, I've never really thought about that before...

Ever notice that evolutionists never attempt to use Origin of Species as evidence for evolution? Like, that literally never happens. It's almost always creationists who bring it up and/or even mention Darwin. And they almost always use the Bible as direct evidence of the truth of their beliefs.

Evolutionists recognize Darwin's contribution in the form of his observations and ideas and then, rather than just stopping there and citing his works as the Theory, go out and make their own observations and expand his central idea based on those continued observations and new discoveries.

Such a simple thing, but profound.

There's really no contradiction - the evidence supporting evolution is demonstrable objective scientific evidence about the world. The evidence you describe of God and satan and Jesus, etc., is evidence of people's subjective beliefs about the world.

So people (us) are humans who have evolved sophisticated cognitive faculties that enable them to develop and hold sophisticated abstract beliefs, including the religious beliefs you describe.

The fact that different individuals and different cultures have different sets of religious beliefs, many of which contradict each other, and none of which are objectively demonstrable, is what suggests that these are subjective interpretations of the world rather than objective descriptions and explanations of it.

You have an explanation for why I hate lies. My personal one is that it stems from the philosophies that appealed to me as an adult and from how my parents and community raised me as a child.

Regardless about your belief about the origin of morals, you clearly also believe the truth to be important.

I would appreciate if you demonstrated those morals and no longer present falsehoods about what evolutionary science says or what people who accept evolution believe.
