Of course. What was really funny was that he would stand there and let the bullets bounce off of him, but would then duck when they got mad and threw the gun at him!

My memories are more along these lines, Rich .....

"It's time to come in!" (Oh, but we haven't finished our game of softball!!)

"It's time for tea!" (Oh, but our favourite TV programme hasn't finished yet!)

"It's not time to get up yet - it's only 5.30 am!! You may get up in exactly one hour's time!" (Oh, but we 're so excited - it's Christmas Day and we want to ..... all right, then.)

I don't remember ever doing that, but I guess there was a time when we could have. Our country works hard to ensure clean rivers.

Remember the lullaby at playgrounds? You know, a long seat with swing things at each end, and two people stand, one at each end, and move it back and forth, back and forth ..... my all-time favourite playground ride.

Like 60's styles? Yes, I remember ..... I was just a kid then and I didn't like those styles much, so I was glad I was a teenager in the 70's.

Remember when you could spend all day at the fair for $5?

My kids were amazed when I told them that I went to the show with $2 when I was 11 and it got me in, gave me several rides and also left enough for a hot dog and some candy floss! They can't even get through the gate with $2 now.

Yes, my parents used to watch 'Dr Kildare', and my mum loved 'The Forsyte Saga' and 'Upstairs and Downstairs'. (Oh, I just remembered those last two were British programmes, I think).

How about Happy Days? We used to like that one quite a lot.
