Non spiritual people are very lazy. Christianity is easy to access and based on historical facts.

Other religions have much less history to get a handle on.

How do you come to this conclusion?? Also can we see some references for this? Because I can tell you haven't done your research

Here is still more misrepresentation, which is so typical in communication in these forums. There are, to be sure indeed, a lot of injustices in this world. Absolutely any of them are right to address. And I do indeed speak to other injustices including any I know of among and between any of humanity. And why will mistreatment of humanity all stop while other mistreatment still goes on? That does not follow from reason. There is assumption here otherwise that is without knowing. You might not believe what is said in the Bible, but the injustice, including to other humans, which I mentioned, and the health concerns and environmental concern there are, is all real, and I used what is really said in the Bible, for believing what God is concerned with, so there is still dismissal with misrepresenting like that.

Look... I am trying to use the terminology the way most people do. The problem is, it was never intented to be used with domesticated animals. Humans were "natural enemies" of mammoths, bison, etc., in the sense we hunted them. We don't hunt chickens. Nowadays, we hunt deer, moose, quail, etc... so you can call humans "natural enemies" of these animals.

So... I will ask the question everyone else is asking. Do you have some point, or are you just asking for information?

So I will reiterate my original post. This thread has to be the most pointless thread created by AV so far.

Tell me this, people that believe in evolution, if you disagree with creationists so much, why is Christianity the only religion thats hated? and why do people only Use Jesus's name as a swear word and no one else's name? why do people hate christianity so much but not muslims? or paganism, I know why, because Satan is trying to get you to hate christianity and to turn to evolution, if it wasn't true then other religions would be attacked and mocked just as much as christianity, but every athiest I see only mocks and hates Christianity and the Bible, and just ignore the rest, does that not mean all of you know there is truth in the Bible? so you are trying to get us Christians to disprove evolution for you?

Alot of you will disagree with what I just wrote, but every athiest/evolutionist I've seen shows that they do believe in the word of God/The Bible, if you didn't you would just ignore it, and you would also attack other religions other then Christianity.

For me, it is because I was taken to christian churches to be indoctrinated as a lad. I don't have much contact with any other religion. Never met a Muslim. I know of one Buddhist. Christians are the ones who come to my door along with Mormons and Jehovah's witnesses. I never get Hindus or Shinto priests at the door. Muslims are not allowed on my land. See, I'm at least polite to Christians and Jehovah's witnesses and Mormons. If a Muslim showed up I'd point to the road and tell them to get off my property and don't come back. Did you hear that it is suspected that the plane crash in the alps was a terrorist attack by the Muslim co pilot. And no, at least on my part, it doesn't mean that I 'think it's really true". I know it isn't and can prove it. There is no such thing as Satan and Evolution is a well evidenced and confirmed scientific theory. There's no Satan trying to get me to believe in evolution. Satan is imaginary just like gods and angels. If you have objective evidence that falsifies the TOE then I would like to hear it.

I don't hate Christians. I do despise religion because it is irrational and promotes irrational epistemology. It short circuits the cognitive faculty in children when they are just starting out to learn to think. It blurs the line between the imaginary and the real. But I don't hate Christians. I once called myself one and I know first hand the pressures put on young people to believe.

Methodist. Also went to a Baptist church once and a Presbyterian church for a few months. Our original Methodist church burned down and was never rebuilt. that was when I was very young.

Yes well I'm all in favor of a voucher system. Let parents send their children to a school that teaches religious myths as science if that's what they want. Let parents who want their children to actually be taught science in science class send their children to a school that teaches that. If we are going to have publicly funded education, then at least give parents a choice. I'm constantly having to correct all the "progressive" garbage that is pushed in our public schools. The only private alternative in the area is a Lutheran school.
