Biblically there is no problem. Mary was between 13 and 16 when she had Jesus and Married Joseph. 1000 years ago it was common for women that age to marry adult men. Human standards however in this day and age say she is not an adult until she is 18. You don't have to have sex to get into trouble either. If you do anything to make her parents distrust you then you are out of the picture until she is 18 and they can press charges against you. She is theirs until she is 18. Also at that age it would be adviseable to wait until she is 18 anyway. She is still at an age of development. By the time she is 18 she could seem like a different person. We're talking about a girl who is still in highschool.
Biblically age gaps are no problem, even at that age, but there is a biblical problem with being irresponsible. And right now the responsible thing would be to wait until she is 18.
