Recent Cd purchases

I bought Exodus' new CD but took it back becuase it offenses me. I got Van Halen's self titled.

a. are you allowed to just return something if it "offenses" you?

b. do you mean "offended"?


I just bought Jeff Buckley's Mystery White Boy Live cd.
It's great, btw. if you have listened Grace to death, and you enjoy hearing passionate live music, buy this cd.


i should also mention Paul McCartney's cd Chaos & Creation... i've been listening to it a ton... it's beautiful music.

Basically, i got this idea to start this thread because i've bought alot of cd's recently.

and i know that many of you have too. And because we all have the same addiction, we might as well have a thread where we keep eachother accountable with our cd-buying habit.

here's what i've recently (in the last month) bought, or recieved:

Beatles- White album
Led Zeppelin- Physical Graffiti
Phish- Rift
Dido- no angel
A Perfect Circle- Thirteenth Step
Pink Floyd- Echoes (best of)

At last! After 13 yrs I've come across someone who appreciates Physical Graffitti.
Ten Years Gone! Genius! Misguided genius, but hey.....

be forwarned... it's reckless live music. jeff goes off on Mojo Pin, Eternal Life, etc.
but i love it.

Last cd I bought was the newest Santana one for a brother for Christmas. I think I liked it more than he did...I wanted to keep it hehe.

that's the beauty of the record show, man... most of the times when I go (it's only held once a month) I can come away with at least one decent pre-release/advance copy.

The P.O.D. cd doesn't release until the end of this month, so I lucked out on that one, too...
