I must admit I am confused about a few things that I have done wrong. And some things that was raised at the Alpha course.

I have some news that I am going back to my old job a week monday. i asked if she would sack me and she said no. So that is some good news.

I'm glad your smiley is changing more than it used to. it always made me sad to see that you were still depressed and down. now that it's changing more it makes me happy to know that you are obviously growing in your relationship with Christ and that you aren't depressed.

Some of the books in the bible I cannot understand when I do a cross reference it does not match up. So confused.

Confused why the doctors wont give me any medication as my moods are up and down. I was on meds the last time and they made me feel really bad.

the meds- you shouldn't need to depend on them. The Lord will provide all that you need. My bro went through some depressing times and never took one medication, he depended on the Lord and went to counsling and my mom made him eat right. He got through, and I know you can too.

Jenna in the Alpha Course they use cross reference, don't worry if you don't understand this part. As long as you can read and understand the first chapters your given thats fine, to cross reference a verse etc is just to show you were else it is written in the bible but in different words. For example if you look in the New testament particularly Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, all stories are about the same issues, but in each book there written differently, because they were written by different people. Its not a major thing, understand your first chapters given and stick with that for now until you learn properly, I did 3 Alpha courses but it was only near the end of my first course I understood this cross reference.

Secondly your medication:- If you were on meds before they won't give you more if you said they made you ill. When you were on meds before it takes 3 weeks for your system to get used to them, these are normal symptoms of starting medication. Sickness, nausea etc, plus for any Psychiatrist to understand your real problems, you have to be open about your real issues.

Lord I pray for an improvment in Jenna and a proper understanding in all her problems. Amen
