Pray, ask the Lord for forgiveness. He will. I don't know the verses of the top of my head, but the Bible says that Lord will forgive us a lot of times. don't remember and i have to go, otherwise i'd look it up. God forgives all, as long as we're sorry. In Jesus' Name, I pray. Celina

Lord I pray for Jenna, knowing the turmoil shes in at present, and I bind up guilt in Jesus name. Help her open her heart to you empty the bad feelings and fill it with your Holy Spirit, revive her Lord and help her deal with everything. Amen

There is a book that I've read a few times now called 'The Bondage Breaker'. It was written by Neil T Anderson. It deals w/ breaking the bonds of sin, and helping us get rid of the 'baggage' that we feel that we must carry around with us.

I've found it very helpful... if you can't find it in the UK drop me a PM w/ your addy and I would gladly send you one.
