I've come to love much of Catholicism, the liturgy and worship especially, but I've always been and will always be a Calvinist.

I think having varying views in an RCIA class could be very valuable, many people join the class with little knowledge of other viewpoints and then when they encounter them in the real world, or on forums like this, they do not know how to handle it. Having differing, and respectful views could assist RCIA candidates greatly, especially if the priest/deacon/leader is able to use the conversation to better equip the candidates.

Maybe, but back then, definitely would. Calvin, the reformation and the pope were at enmity with each other.
