I don't really listen to any rap, except TobyMac, if you would call him rap. I love Alt Rock; Skillet, Pillar, Kutless, Thousand Foot Krutch and Falling Up are my favorites, I'm listening to Falling Up right now, they rock pretty well! If you haven't heard of them, you should check them out. their website is fallingupcrashings.com.

ALL ROCK! I love metal, metalcore, hardcore, punk, thrash metal, speed/tech metal, tribal metal, death metal, grundge, classic rock, rock, hard rock/new rock you name it in rock.

i used to listen to rap when i around 9 to 10, but then i started playing the guitar when i was i think 13, and everything changed there. i still don't mind listening to Arrested Development, which is more hip-hop than rap. i like drum and bass/jungle techno, and some different styles of techno.

but in the end, i will always love all kinds of rock!!!

rock, namely metal, metalcore, death metal and black metal....tons of talent involved with these, far more than i'd expect from any rap artist.

yes yes i know, im basing my judgement on the mainstream rap out there that most straight-minded people avoid, and that there is some 'good' rap out there, but seriously, its still rap. I don't expect a rapper (i dare not call them artists, reading some writing to a beat is not music, and ryhming words doesn't make you a poet) to dazzle me with any sort of talent...

i like all types of music. I liked the ol school rapp like the sugar hill gang and grand master flash and the furious five. My rapp probably ends with run dmc. I guess the same goes with rock such as classic rock ie steve miller band. Nowadays ive been paying more careful to the lyrics since ive professed the Christ.
