CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Sue, aim at my boss. He's threatening to take away my 4 - 10 hour days and making me work on Friday's. I work my part-time job on Friday's...not for fun, because I need to. We'll see how this all shakes out. I can retire in 9 months and I will probably do it if he pushes this.
We do not battle against flesh and blood.

Well, I got the upstairs cleaned...sorted through books in my kids rooms they no longer need/read etc. SO I am happy with that. Now I need to clean the powder room down here and dust. Then I am DONE for the day. The vacuuming can wait for now! I want to enjoy some of the day! LOL

The whole fight with my boss about working on Fridays was over a request by him to do a training on a Friday. So today I tried to set up a training at our Fire School and found out they don't take reservations on Mondays or Fridays. God worked it all out. 
I just have to remember to be faithful about handing it over to Him.
