I'm kind of disappointed tonight. My sons football team lost their first game tonight. They were 6&0 until tonight. They lost their quarterback in the first 1/2. He was injured and had to be taken to the hospital in an ambulance. Unfortionatly we really do not have a back up quaterback. Boy I felt bad for the kid they put in as QB. Talk about pressure!

Our high school football team lost their first game tonight, too. They were 4-0 up til tinight. It was a good game, though, 39-47. I hope your QB is okay!

We just got word that his femur is broke so he will be out for the season.

Thanks, the whole team is really down tonight, And the coach was a total jerk. He was sreaming at all of them to the point that parents were yelling at the coach to knock it off.

Oh yeah, my son played high school football, so I know how hard they work. I am sure he will apologise to them Monday, or at least i would hope, anyway.

Good morning! How are y'all today?

I was supposed to do something today, but there was a change of plans so I have to be like Gumby - flexible. hee. Hey, you know if you're like Gumby, you could pop a hip or a thumb and get it right back in again. Hmmmm. Anyway, I'm more like a pretzel.

My granddaughter Emily and I are going shopping this morning and out for 'coffee'. I can't wait. When I talked to her last night, she was trying to sound so grown up. Then her sis got on the phone (the one like Grandma) and started talking in a really teeny voice and pretending to cry and said she wanted to come too. That kid. She's with me more than Emily. She said she wanted to move in here with me and have her mom, dad and sis as 'friends'.

Then my daughter, sons and grands and I are all going BOWLING. Ok, bowlers - no offense - but I haven't bowled in YEARS. I will be a stiff, sore Gumby by tomorrow morning. I like being with my kids, though and we have a lot of fun when we all get together.

There is my story for today. Alittle happy, a little silly and a lot boring.
