UPDATE: The database server RAM upgrade has been done.
You may notice that there is no longer any slowing of CF.
As members may have realized, the return of the "Find All Member's Posts" have really slowed down our database server.
I've tried all sorts of coding tricks, and even changed the type of database we are using to see if it would help.
So far, CF goes fast most of the time, but when lots of people use this feature, CF slows right down and basically becomes unusable.
Now that I've tried software techniques, I've bitten the bullet and paid money for a RAM upgrade for our database server.
Once the RAM is available, the server tech will install it sometime over the next 24-48 hours - this will cause about 20 minutes downtime.
