Mmm, retirement is a nice thought. I haven't actually thought about it seriously, except 'Wouldn't that be nice?' I suppose I'd like to be living close to numerous grandchildren, and maybe doing some part-time work and a bit of travelling.

Have you ever played any Final Fantasy game?

No- I've heard of them, but not played one yet. I've heard they're very popular.

Actually, no. Sorry to sound downbeat
I just feel really pressurised to be one particular way. Everyone else goes to parties and clubs all the time, and that's really not my thing. I'm quite shy (actually, very shy) and I'm not finding it easy to make new friends, partly because I miss my old ones so much. And I've suffered massive amount from homesickness, even though I've been a student for 6 months now.
On the plus side, my course is pretty good and interesting. I think I'll stick with it and see how it goes.

Quite good actually. I'm a bit ill at the moment but I haven't got too much work to do, just a couple of essays over the weekend.

Urgh, I'm not much better. I was really ill yesterday, but slightly better today. It's a really heavy cold.
The essay is on a play by Bertolt Brecht and it's really complicated. I don't know where to start!

It sounds hard! I never really knew where to start when I had to write an essay. Good luck writing it!

Thanks, both of you! The cold's pretty much gone now. Which is good, because I was running out of cough sweets and tissues!
I'm still feeling too lazy to do my essay though. Oh dear.

Wow, an abundance of questions! And another excuse not to do any work. I like it.
I have faked being ill to avoid school on a couple of occasions. It's fairly commonplace, we even have a word for it- skiving. (I don't think they have it outside the UK)
Never danced in the rain. Not properly, anyway.
Haikus always puzzled me, so I avoid them.
I love pizza, but only margherita ones. Quite strange that I love something so much, but I'm really fussy about it, but oh well.
I don't think I would change my name- the surname's quite unique, so I like that, and I'm not too bothered about my first name.
At the moment, I feel ok. Tired and a little frustrated, but generally calm.
I'm certainly not a morning person. I don't even speak until about midday.
I don't remember my dreams as much as I used to.
I have a pretty bad fear of needles, and speaking on the phone, and of death
Birds do not suddenly appear! They have to come from somewhere! Ooooh, it's a sooong.
Generally I prefer books. You can read them when you feel like it, but with a film, you can't just dip in and out, you have to watch the whole thing.
I guess I trust my mum the most- she knows me best.
My greatest strength-hmmm. I like to think that I care about things a lot- I often find that sad stories in the newspaper affect me quite a bit, and I think that's a good quality, especially if it inspires you to do something about the problems. My greatest weakness is that I don't always speak out when I diagree with something- I let stuff happen which I don't think should happen.

That's good I hope it's going well now. I think it's always difficult to start...

What kind of job do you want to find? I hope you find an interesting one!

I'm quite limited in what I can do- I hate using the phone, and I don't touch meat or fish, so that excludes quite a lot of jobs. I think it might be fruit picking, but it doesn't pay very well.

I'm not a vegan, just a vegetarian. I don't think I could manage being vegan, but I might be in the future.
