Where is your evidence for a prior state dad? List a biblical verse that even suggests the almighty god had to change the laws of physics ever. Because you have no observable or testable evidence, and you aren't even supported by scripture.

Don't ask, he has none, he got it from his magic 8 ball.

You mean to your satisfaction? I doubt it.

But for the record:

Judges 6:37 Behold, I will put a fleece of wool in the floor; and if the dew be on the fleece only, and it be dry upon all the earth beside, then shall I know that thou wilt save Israel by mine hand, as thou hast said.
Judges 6:38 And it was so: for he rose up early on the morrow, and thrust the fleece together, and wringed the dew out of the fleece, a bowl full of water.
Judges 6:39 And Gideon said unto God, Let not thine anger be hot against me, and I will speak but this once: let me prove, I pray thee, but this once with the fleece; let it now be dry only upon the fleece, and upon all the ground let there be dew.
Judges 6:40 And God did so that night: for it was dry upon the fleece only, and there was dew on all the ground.

I know you inserted "had to" as an escape clause in case someone answered; but we'll see.

That is tiny, and not necessarily a change in the laws of physics. Dad thinks all the world was under different laws of physics which god changed, a small thing like that is not even close to what dad claims.

Guessing from the context, does it mean Quick End to Discussion?
Nah ... it's actually in tongues ... and I don't like to speak in tongues.

But it's technospeak, and I would have thought technocrats would understand.

The koine term is: "demonstration."

What makes you think I am any good with technology?

We do know that this present world will pass away. We do know that the world was far different in Adam's day.

Ge 5:27 -And all the days of Methuselah were nine hundred sixty and nine years: and he died.

Rev 21:1 And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away;

Neither of those suggest a prior state dad. Where is your evidence?

Guessing from the context, does it mean Quick End to Discussion?
Q.E.D. is an initialism of the Latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum, originating from the Greek analogous hóper édei deîxai (ὅπερ ἔδει δεῖξαι), meaning "which had to be demonstrated". The phrase is traditionally placed in its abbreviated form at the end of a mathematical proof or philosophical argument when what was specified in the enunciation — and in the setting-out—has been exactly restated as the conclusion of the demonstration. The abbreviation thus signals the completion of the proof.

Like pretty much every term with a specific meaning, it is being misused by a certain poster. Whether or not the poster in question understands any of the terms he constantly misuses is up for discussion. Personally I suspect he just inserts significant sounding words and phrases into discussion at random, either because he thinks it makes him look smart, or to deliberately derail and obfuscate.

Let's see you prove any human has lived for 1000 years ever.
That is the crux of the matter. Within the bible itself, one cannot deny that in any reasoned way. (Aman, that means don't address it). See, what I am saying is that the bible indicates a different nature in the past. Not that science has any clue or knowledge of it.

Prove to me that a human lived for 1000 years. The bible is not proof, what part about that do you not understand? Until the bible is proven to have actually been influenced by a deity, it is no more valid a source for knowledge than a fantasy novel about purple rabbit people.

Here is what you don't get...science has nothing to say about it, and doesn't matter half a damn. Really. I kid you not.

Now you seem to have suggested I did not have a bible case for the temporary state, and that the future and past seem truly different. That is all that needs addressing. Science is already defeated on the issue.

Science is only defeated with evidence. No evidence, no win.
