If you mean macroevolution, I don't think they come with any signs on them saying, "I came from algae."

Why? Because if the bible was so effective at testifying against evolution I would expect the majority of the people who believe to bible to reject evolution. Since this is not happening it seems the bible is not as effective as you believe.
