You are right.

But remember ... my Boolean standards dictate I accept a lot of what they claim.

* For example, I believe the Neanderthals & Cro-magna were human beings that God judged with bone-altering plagues.

Most likely the Neanderthals are a hoax like the Piltdown man. Just like how dinosaurs weren't "discovered" till recently, it's just a bunch of hoaxes. The bible says Satan is the master of deception and that he deceived the whole world.

That's because they don't run their claims through the Bible like I do.

Once the Bible is taken out of the equation, they can turn God's creation into a connect-the-dots game, complete with a floating decimal.

You think including the Bible makes it harder to play connect-the-dots?

I think it's harder to get away with playing connect-the-dots.

My pastor thinks, as do I, that schools don't like the Bible because It is so effective in testifying against evolution.

Absolutely.

How hard can it be when you get to add your own dots and claim God embedded them... Or that they appeared miraculously?

I suspect the First Amendment has a little more to do with it... but then again, I don't buy into anti-Christian conspiracies without evidence.

Again ... it's not the dots that bother me.

It's the lines between them.

The dots themselves, if made into an FPS movie, would speak of instant creation.

What features would a fossil need to have in order for you to accept it as evidence of evolution?

If you mean macroevolution, I don't think they come with any signs on them saying, "I came from algae."

Adorable, but he who gets to add his own dots gets to draw his own lines as well.

Wouldn't that just be a case of drawing the lines as you see fit?

No argument there.

I'm under the impression though that some lines are redrawn after being submitted to a software check.

If you mean mistakes get corrected, I don't see the down side.

No lines at all, then?

The lines speak of molecular interconnectedness.

Like telephone lines connecting us to every house in the city.

I believe apes were created on one part of the earth, while Adam was created on another part of the earth on the same day.

Since the majority of Christians accept evolution that would seem an odd statement to make.

Why?

Evolution is evolution ... no matter who accepts it.

The Bible also contains the Ten Commandments ... something that is a dwindling icon here in America.

You are saying that we should punish people for worshipping other deities besides God?

Why? Because if the bible was so effective at testifying against evolution I would expect the majority of the people who believe to bible to reject evolution. Since this is not happening it seems the bible is not as effective as you believe.

How effective was Jesus at testifying of His messiahship?
