• Starting today August 7th, 2024, in order to post in the Married Couples, Courting Couples, or Singles forums, you will not be allowed to post if you have your Marital status designated as private. Announcements will be made in the respective forums as well but please note that if yours is currently listed as Private, you will need to submit a ticket in the Support Area to have yours changed.

  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

hi how do you know you are being tested by God? etc. I feel really bad sometimes. because I've been seeing stuff everyday for 2 years I think. I see them in the clouds and everywhere I go, they appear EVERYWHERE. lol even in my food. its like little faces, sometimes they are smiling and sometimes they give me little evil looks. could it be demons, angels? I am confused. and get this there's a print of God's face on my left thumb.lol its been there the same time the faces appear. I dunno whats happening. that's why I am scared. I love God with all my heart too. just scared. I pray that they go away, but they are still appearing

It is a form of possession, everyone has one in them.
Can I ask you who you hate? It thrives on hate.
My advice is to sincerely cry out to God and ask Him to cleanse you of hate.
I have experienced possession years ago, but, God removed it. I had a lot of hate for my parents who were cruel to me as a child. When I realized they could not help themselves, I forgave them and the possession left.
Be honest with God.
Louise

Hope this helps

No it's fairly standard human psychology actually. Atheists miss a lot of truth but science is right when it says humans are naturally pattern forming creatures. It's a good thing and helps us to understand the world. It helps you remember your mom is actually your mom every time she pops out of the room for example.

Another thing is when you look in front of you not everything you think you see is actually being seen. Allot of it is merely your brain filling in the blanks. We process vast amounts of information everyday it's breathtakingly fascinating how much and your brain needs some way to contextualise, limit and sort this information.

Sometimes this sorting mechanism gets a little over active. Understanding this mechanism may help you deal with your problem.

The problem is not with her brain, but, her soul.

This is most likely stemming from some form of mental illness. I'm not saying that to frighten you or insult you; I've dealt with anxiety and depression all my life. And while there is a spiritual slant to everything we go through, I very much doubt that this is some type of "possession". I would encourage you to be evaluated by a professional counselor or therapist. There is nothing unChristian about admitting that sometimes we get a little "out of sync" upstairs, and sometimes you need more than prayers to get help. When I was in the worst depths of my depression, I was having panic attacks, obsessive thoughts, I felt like I was in a dream all the time, and the world wasn't real; it's terrifying. But I wasn't possessed and I didn't overcome it by praying. I had to acknowlege that there were physical and mental aspects in play, and I had to deal with them head-on, and it took a lot of work and patience to recover and get better. But you CAN get better.

I'm here if you want to talk. PM me anytime.

Oh well before I had this overwhelming evidence you've provided I guess my diagnosis was incorrect. Now that you've provided me with this ironclad argument and incontrovertible evidence I have no option but to apologize for my misinformed and erroneous claims.

You are being deceived.
.
Mental illness is possession. The dark spirit plays many games, It comes and also hides, causing physical problems in time. The only way to get rid of it is to cry out to God for forgiveness of our sins
With forgiveness we are given the insight and understanding from god, not from filling our minds with verse and chapter, but by the stilling of the intellect.
God created satan to test us as Jesus was tested in the desert.
Satinn has it's purpose and that is to deceive the unwary and is in everyone unseen, until God removes it.
"We are not dealing with flesh and bones, but by sprits that be".

No, I'm not.

I've BEEN through it.

I was not possessed. I am a lifelong Christian.

I recovered through therapy, patience, hard work, and of course, God's grace and help. It was not instantaneous and it was not some sort of exorcism.

OP, I'm sorry you're having to read all this nonsense.

You went to therapy for your help. That is your God. Many people who call themselves Christians are in name only, not spiritually.

Instead of crying out to God, you cry out to a therapist.
It is okay to go to a therapist, but, they only heal the surface, not the soul.
Your problem is in the soul and you refuse to see that.
You don't know what love is.

Judgemental much? You don't know me or anything about me other than what little you've read in this thread, and you feel free to lay down proclamations against me like "you don't know what love is"? You have no idea of what I experienced, what I went through, what I think, what I feel, or what I believe. And all of your baseless accusations are completely wrong, for the record.

You are not worth my time, and I will not respond to you further.
