I don't know if this is the right place , I'm sorry if it's not the correct place to put this topic ..

Well , i just have a question for you - Christians - :

Do you trust your religion ? Do you believe your religion is the true religion ?

If so , then why do you reject muslims questions , and you don't even want to get into a debate with us ..

Do you think this would be a waste of time ? or what !

I believe if you love your God then this wouldn't be a waste of your time because it would be for the sake of your God !

I didn't lie or something like that , i've met many Christians all of them rejected me and ran away , Some of them said impolite words , is that what your religion teaches you ?!!

I'm just wondering if you believe your God's word is true then why don't you believe in this verse :

"But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you" - Jesus of Nazareth, as recorded in Matthew 5:44 (NIV translation)

Or Have not you heard about it ?!

When i ask a Christian a question about his / her belief they just say have FAITH and read the bible ? what ?!! what are you really trying to emphasize ?

I've read the bible , but i don't believe it's God's word ( I don't mean to hurt you all ) but this is my beliefs , and those who i met them want me to have faith , is this the way you spread Christianity ? !!

I'm a muslim and i'm proud of this , but i just wanted you to answer my questions ..

Where do you live, Candle? A lot of the people on here would probably be willing to discuss Christianity with you. I don't think it's fair to generalize from the experiences you've had.

I'm Muslim, as you are, and I believe that as part of trying our best to be good Muslims we should always strive to be fair in our judgments and words.

No offense, but this is one of the most inane questions anyone has ever asked me. Of course I believe my religion is the true religion- why else would I be Christian? Who deliberately sets about following religions they consider false?

It would depend who it is I'm debating.

Well , i didn't say Christians do not want to get into a debate with me , they did but when i ask them ( I mean those who i've met them ) to see videos about Islam they reject my e-mail , then they stopped messaging me , were they afraid ? I don't know ..

The reason i give them videos and articles is because as you can see my English language is not good to get into a debate with them ...

Lots of people want to discuss with other people about their believes, but do not want to listen to propaganda in which the person speaking cannot be questioned or even addressed. They probably have heard it.
Lots of time openness is not seen from both parties and it takes more than words. If your answers seem more like “what you have heard others say” and not what you personally have thought through than people do not want to talk to you.

I'm not asking each Christian this question , i'm asking those - Christians - who reject muslims refutations , perhaps you and respected Glorthac are willing to debate muslims so you're out of this topic because i'm asking those who are afraid of debating Muslims ..

I suggest you to watch Ahmed Deedat debates ..

I'm now working on refuting the misconception that says : Muhammed did not mentioned in the Bible but I prefer to get a lot of information then Insh'Allah I will start .

I hope to get a degree in the Bible studies so I can refute easily ..

Though "allah" is not G*d, you think it is... so go and do likewise, Mathew 5:44. Why limit it to only christians?

This is from me. Just from me. I'm fed up with internet debates. They are so filled with lies, hatred, name-calling that I no longer want to take part in them. Been there, done that and fed up. Sorry.

Sending strangers emails with articles or videos to can be considered junk mail, regardless of what the topic is about. This could be why some people reject them.

Anyways seems to me what you are doing is very one sided. Having someone watch a youtube video is not a discussion. Has it ever occurred to you that some people don't want to watch videos because it does not interest them? Not because they are 'afraid', but because they don't care. Not trying to offend you, but its the truth (for some people). Its like if i sent you a 15 minute video on a Canadian government election, would you really watch it? Sometimes certain videos just don't interest people and as a result they don't watch it.

But personally i love debating religions. I have only have had 1 debate with a muslim and to my understanding muslims dont believe that Jesus was crucified? Can you elaborate on that maybe, i'm curious to know more about your beliefs.
