I was wondering if someone could tell me where the bible says, "Thou shalt not let gays have the ability to visit each other in the hospital or let them share health insurance." Is it near the place where it tells you to vote against protection laws that keep them from being fired/evicted solely for being gay?

It's probably right before the passage that says it is impossible for a husband to rape his wife and directly after the passage that lets fourteen year olds think they have the authority to condemn remarried adults to hell for "committing adultery".
