Shcrodingers cat lives. There are many factors in bipolar disorder, sinful life style, demonic influence possesion are just TWO factors. Others is testing our faith, past sins against us, unforgiveness etc. Also, try not to confuse demonic possession with demonic oppression.
Pauls thorn in the flesh was to keep him humble. His past as a Pharisee was one of religious pride. If God had taken away his thorn in the flesh he would have boasted that all his work(ministry) was of his own doing. It was not because he did not have enough faith. It was not blindness! When Paul had his conversion, he was blinded, but Annais laid hands on him and he received sight. So he could hardly have been not cured of his blindness!! If you read the context, Pauls thorn in the flesh was 'the messenger of Satan to buffet me and keep me from being proud'. It was all his harassment, persecutions, insults, distresses that he endured from others, his being weak, constantly bullied that showed he was strong because he counted on Christ to withstand them.
Note -Paul described this as a messenger from Satan. NOT a biological disorder that he needed to be healed from.
You need to let go of the idea that it takes great amounts of faith to be healed, or that I am judging you on your amount of faith. All I'm saying is I disagree with you making out that bipolar disorder is totally biological (and is caused by this, when it's only a symptom) when you totally ignore the emotional and spiritual and mental aspects of it that are caused by Satan. If you don't know your enemy, how can you ever know how to defeat him? How can you honestly read the bible and ignore all references to Satan and follow what 'scholars' say when a plain reading of the Bible totally refutes what they claim?
As you read in the Hosea, 'My people perish for lack of knowlege.' God gives us his word - If Jesus defeated Satan in the wilderness then we know there is adversary and that's who we have to deal with.
