While working from home is obviously better than complaining from home, the kind of men who work from home that women actually like would have been just as attractive if not more attractive had they been working elsewhere. In fact, working from home can be detrimental to hygiene and general sociability.

If a man can only work from home, and he takes care of himself in the process, I'd say he's perfectly dateable.

I work from home and I sponge bath twice a day because I also workout twice a day. Morning and afternoon.

Many of our relatives are also working from home but no issues with sociability.

I have issues with sociability but I've had issues since childhood. Working from home did not made it worse, in fact now I miss working with other people in an office, the parties, team building activities, I miss all of it!

Would it surprise you to know that a good friend of mine has cerebral palsy, and has never NOT had a girlfriend. I've known him for over ten years and he's always seeing someone.

It's all a mindset. Read the stats, listen to the status quo, expect to feel disheartened.

Yeah I've heard of people like that and I'd like to know more about that. How does one do that? Is it just how much you pursue? I know people talk about dating being a numbers game and if this is so then yeah maybe you just have to keep approaching people until you get a chance.

I'm in same boat as you, OP. I have it pretty well & God has met all my needs - so praise the Lord - except this one he never has. This is my 'curse.' They say everyone has one. Paul calls it a thorn in the flesh. It's meant to remind you you are not perfect & draw you near to God.

Yeah thats the thing is all of the people I know are single and it seems relationships just never work out. I might just have to accept that reality and move on with my life and find the things I can do if relationships aren't one of them.

Don’t give up if you think that’s what you’d like. Just put it in different focus

No, because a big reason most women can get men more easily than the other way around is that many men do not have standards. It does not anger me that women have standards. I also have standards.

Yeah this is true. Men will sleep with anyone but women are more selective.

A combo of factors can make you give off those creepy serial killer vibes or a teddy bear.

Sometimes the character/personality alone can make or break it.

The upbringing and DNA are huge factors. It's very difficult to overcome what amounts to many years of bad upbringing at a young age and compounded by possible mental/psychological issues or even brain damage.

Some people who are "well off" don't understand it and often use their own standards to judge the less fortunate. This is why Jesus taught, the standards you use will be used against you. What might be easy for one can be impossible to another. If we expect the impossible from others, God might subject us to a test that would be impossible for us to overcome.

In the end, we still live in an evil world (1 John 5:19). In this evil system, some will be extremely endowed, some none. The Lord's yoke is light and easy because there's no need to prove yourself, not in this evil world.
