Let's recap:
Do humans dominate all life forms and species?
Oooops, we're killed by unicellular organisms all the time, better ask another question.
Next question, do humans dominate all multicellular, heterotrophic organisms, otherwise known as animals?
Oooops, again, worms and other parasitic animals occupy and harvest the human body, in fact we're completely covered by them in the millions.
Next question (this time we ignore unicellular organisms, parasites or disease causing organisms), do humans dominate the rest of the planet?
Oooops, a human without technology against a bear or a lion is like a lollipop to a child.
Last question.... hopefully.... do humans if equipped with technology dominate all life except viruses, bacteria, human parasites or any other disease causing pathogens?
Well, when I stand with a fly-swapper in my kitchen sorrounded by 10 flies I despair. They certainly seem more dominant than I.
There are more insects than any other kingdom. More species, a higher quantity, and a higher combined mass as well.
It's pretty obvious that it's not a simply matter determining who is dominant. I'd pretty much agree that humans are the most promising and interesting species, according to my human bias, but asking who is more evolved or dominant is just a senseless question.
