question about God blessing us

I don't really know if this is in the right section. I have a question. When does God bless us? Will God always bless us? I'm having a struggle trusting in God right now and I just need to know. If we are faithful to Him will he always bless us? Or is that just a santa clause in the sky approach. Will God sometimes not bless us even when we are faithful? Does God bless you even if you are struggling with sin? How do you know the blessing was from God? I know some of these questions are sort of silly but humour me, please.

This is a hard struggle to be in. How we view God has a lot to do with our own family relationships growing up, especially with our fathers . . it greatly affects how we see and approach God . .

I had great struggles with trying to relate to God as ABBA Daddy . . and I dispaired of ever being able to experience such a relationship on earth .. but God, through another person for whom He gave me love for as for a father, He opened that dark room in my heart and flooded it with Himself . .and I cannot describe to you how joyful the first time I was able to crawl up on God's lap like a small child, play with His beared and babble on about anything, and have His undivided attention . . I know I can trust God . .

He blesses us continuously, He sends blessings on the good and evil alike as well . . but He blesses us with Himself .. you do not earn these blessings .. they are from His love. And as one grows in the Lord, there are times that God seems to be contrary to what we understand Him to be. . but that is because of our perspectiv . . we can't see what He is doing . .

I had to come through a darkness to the point that I said "No matter what God may do to me, yet I will still trust Him" . ..

We don't always recognize His blessings . .especially when things are dark around us . . but we can trust Him . . .
