My wifey and I decided to give rye, real Canadian rye, another try. I write real because most "Canadian rye" is made with rye, not from rye like Alberta Premium. Enjoying a rye and ginger right now.

Haven't been able to drink wiskey/ bourbon in years but I live in the section of the US that is home to Wild Turkey (less than 5 miles from my home) and Makers Mark ( about 15 miles from my home), Woodford Reserve ( 10 miles from my home). Not to mention others such as Buffalo Trace, Four Roses and the microbrewers in the area. Ya'll come visit and you can go on a sipping tour. We are having our 30th or 35th (I can't remember) conference at Danville, Ky. Labor Day weekend.
