I'm too old to fight. We use to train long hours, often injured and now I'm paying for it. Most days my lower back is mess. Kicking really hurts the lower back but judo doesn't seem to hurt it as much.

They started selling 100 proof moonshine at the liquor store down the road. I bought some. Gonna try it tonight. Probably drink it neat. Not sure how you're supposed to drink moonshine.

Drink it slow. Out of a mason jar. Break out the old corn cob as well...

Is it sinful to feel the "buzz" from alcohol consumption? What say ye? Reading Luther over the years I can't help but think he was buzzing half the time. :)

Don't think so.
I'm never having the intention to get drunk on an evening, sticking to just a few beers regularly.

Good question. I have found I have grown to dislike a buzz. I love me my whiskey, but sometimes wish it didn't buzz me at all as the taste and warmth is what I crave.

Have some on the way...

Ashton - Artisan's Blend - Tobacco Reviews

Tried Sherlock Holmes blend from Peterson. It's an old 19th century blend of tobacco and I really enjoyed it.

Peterson - Sherlock Holmes - Tobacco Reviews

Looks good.

I gave up the baccy cause of my asthma and to support my wife, who recently quit cigarettes.

Got into a little moonshine last night while playing crib. Nothing crazy but wow. Potent stuff. I am pretty sure you could run a car off of it. ^_^

Sounds like a good time. I plan to worship God tomorrow morning and putter around the house accompanied with an old fashion made with 100% Canadian rye in the afternoon.

Switched to smoothies the last few weeks. I'm using whole cloves of garlic, cucumber, green tea, rooibos tea, tomatoes, ginger.

I think I get a buzz from it! My joints definitely like the anti-inflammatory properties of some of these vegetables.
