PSU questions

Here is the situation..

I am planning on upgrading my current system to a P4, 3g, 800mb FSB. The system will have 512 DDR, 3200 RAM, an ATI 9600 card, SB Live card, an additional USB PCI card, a CD-RW and a DvD-Rom drives, a 40 and a 200g HDD, and four case fans for the new case that I am looking at. My current system has a 350w PSU and I am thinking I may need a 400w PSU.

From looking at the projected system, will my assumptions be correct on needing the 400w PSU, or can I get away with just using the 350w PSU?

i run more than that in my mums computer and im only using a 350w. but if you want to be safe then use a 400w, make sure you get a good brand like antec.
