  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

So in terms of objectively viewing certain situations, would it be invalid to have a collective stance of what thoughts are considered "loving"?
There will always be some thoughts and actions most reasonable people will agree are loving. But then there will also be many thoughts and actions that most reasonable people will disagree on whether it is loving or not; hence subjective.

I think you & I would know asking the question if love exist in a Christian forum will only return one answer.

Im asking those of other faiths, I recognize that not only Christians are in this forum.

The universe doesn't incorporate belief. So for the biological inhabitants of this planet to recognise each other as religious quantities rather than individual unit's of the light, means they are seriously malfunctioning.

Just consider me as your friendly neighbourhood Alien, and take the advice.

I know that everyone here have an array of belief levels and how they perceive things. So I wanted to know, based on your methods of reasoning, can you prove that love exist? How would you access it, if you would at all?
Love is just one of countless thoughts and feelings that only exists in your head.

The question is does love exist and what method of reasoning would lead you to that conclusion
Does speed exist, and what method of reasoning would lead you to that conclusion?
Does rage exist,...?
Do vibrations exist,...?
Does silence exist,...?
Does noise exist,....?
...

Speed, vibrations, and noise can be empirically proven to exist; love can't.
