CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yekcidmij, I think you're over simplifying it. I think usually people use threads like this to confirm something that they already feel God telling them.

I sudgest you go ahead and step out in faith. Let God take care of the rest. If you are not sure simply be honest about it and let the Spirit confirm. in the meantime know there will always be people who don't beleive.

Well, say it anyway. If someone thinks it's wrong they will pipe up and a discussion will insue. That's how we learn.......well, at least I do. I learn from my mistakes, maybe I'm wrong to assume others do too.

Have I not commanded you to be strong and courageous? Yes, this is of me and there is nothing that is too difficult that I cannnot accomplish. Today I am teaching you to stand on my word because I want you to walk in the spirit that you may glorify the Son in all that you do. Stand my child for I am for you!

Does anyone get tired of receiving prophetic words? I think I'm desensitized to them. Most of the ones I get have to do with some great destiny ahead of me. I get it. What I want more is to actually feel the presence of the One giving the utterance.

There is much that I am going to do in your time and generation for it is you that I have specifically chosen this season to walk with you wherever you go. Do not turn to the left nor to the right for your walk is with Me and not with a stranger that you do not know.
I will use you as My mouth piece for there is much that needs to be done and when you speak forth My word, do not be afraid of them for it is I Who speaks through you. I am training you and one who is in training works hard to please the Master that he might be counted worthy to fight the good fight of faith.
When you stumble or fall, pick up where you left and I will cause you to become brave that your enemy will fear you because greater is He Who is in you than he that is in the world. Run My young child that you may win the prize of the great race that is set before you!

When you stand before Me in My presence, I will favor you as you worship with holy hands lifted in the air for you are one whom I seek who will worship the Lord your God in spirit and in truth.
As you worship with a pure heart and not a stony heart I will confirm to you that you are one whose heart has been circumcised and I will remind you daily that you are Mine for all eternity. Be strong in Me and give all the glory to the Lord your God whom you serve and if you will delight yourself in Me, I will give you all the desires of your heart for it please Me to do that for My own.
Stand strong My child for I am with you wherever you go and I will never leave you nor forsake you.

I am opening your eyes to fresh things that eye has not seen nor ear heard for those who are blind lead the blind and fall in the ditch. As for you, you will lead them to Me that I may minister to them and open their eyes that they may see the glory of the Son the shines forever.
Dare to be strong in the Lord your God for it is He that gives you strength to bear all things and when you hear and obey Him Who loves you and gave Himself for you, you shall spread your wings and fly and soar high into heights that I may show you of things to come.
As the heavens and the stars are higher than the earth, so are my thoughts and my ways higher than your thoughts and your ways. This is why I am bringing you up to new heights I have reserved for you.
