Sweet Intimacy

How he wants me to come closer,
He says"Come on up a little higher,"
I love each little touch from Him,
Each sweet caress from my King.

Through Him I breathe, and have my being,
And He has called me to spend eternity reigning,
All eternity I will spend at His side,
For now I am part of His Precious bride,

And oh the joy that fills my heart,
Forever I have been set apart,
And I love Him so much more,
Than I thought was possible before.

For He saw that He was greatest desire,
And He came and baptized me with fire,
And I know there is so much more,
For all He does is on me His love pour.

How simply amazing is that?
That He should love me as He does,
Oh the joy deep down in my heart,
In Him I place my faith and trust.

I love Jesus and I love his sweet caress,
Whatever comes my way I know I can rest,
For He has given me a peace and joy that's unshakable,
And I know that in all things my Lord is totally able.

And He takes me into the secret place,
And I go seeking to see Him face to face,
And He is so beautiful and majestically wonderful to me.
So now the desire of my heart is now to help others see.

He says to me " Go tell others about me,
Tell them that they can come to really know me,
I want them to know that I so love them too,
And I want them to come and embrace me too."

Hello everyone! I am a fairly new Christian. Recently I've really given more of myself to God, and am growing closer and closer to Him daily through prayer and reading his word (for the first time, and I'm loving it!) Theres been two instances that I've had these overwhelming feelings, the first I know it was God the second, I believe it was but its something I want so bad....I don't want MY desires to cloud my judgements you know? Yesterday while getting ready to go I was praising God by singing "I want to know more about my Jesus" song, over and over, and at one point when I got to the part where it says "I want to know more about that mansion, I'm gonna receive as my reward." I had this...well vision I guess you'd call it...of me in Heaven in a beautiful house and it was full of babies. They were all laughing, and so was I , so much happiness and love and joy...no sorrow. The background, I have fertility issues and struggle daily with not being able to have more children...I have two babies in heaven and am waiting on God's direction whether I should try again or not. My son was a blessing from God when the top specialists here said it wasn't possible, MY God said it was. Immediately I started praising God thru prayer. I may not have a house full of babies like I desire here on earth, but I have one waiting for me in Heaven.

So how do I as a baby Christian know that its not my desires bleeding thru, but truly from God?

The prosperity gospel is a lie, the Lord never promised us that we would not suffer, in fact, he tells us to rejoice when we suffer in and for Him.

A Short Teaching on Blasphemy​

Blasphemy...​

1. To speak evil of ​

Eph 4:31
"Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour,
and evil speaking (Greek = blasphemia) be put away from you,
with all malice..."​

To speak evil of God,
to attribute to Him blame for any evil,
is blasphemy...​

2. To revile​

Matt 27:39
"And they that passed by Him (Jesus) reviled Him,
wagging their heads...'​

3. To defame​

I Cor 4:13
"Being defamed ( blasphemeo), we intreat,
we are made as the filth of the world..."​

4. To slander​

Rom 3:8
"as we be slanderously reported...'​

5. To insult​

Matt 12:31
"all manner of sin and blasphemy will be...'
(speaking of the insult of Jesus attributing His power
to working with Beelzebub)​

We need to realize that for us to insult God,
in any way shape or form is blasphemy,
and is a horrible sin...​

We may not understand God's ways,
but His purpose toward all of us is good...
and if we find trouble and pain,
failure and poverty,
sickness or evil against us...
God is not to blame...​

It may be the devil,
it may be our own stupid resistance to God's ways,
and having left the path on which we were to walk with Him...
but it is never His fault...​

And to spread the lie that He has done evil to us,
is blasphemy...​

God is love...
God wants heaven to be our home...
and in no way would He work to bring evil upon His children...​

Phil 3:17 "Brothers, be imitators together of me, and note those who walk this way, even as you have us for an example."

I feel like God is saying that we should focus on living the way Jesus did. He lived a self-less life, caring about others more than himself, so much so, that he died for us. We should die to self and live for and like Christ. I also felt like God was saying that we should also acknowledge those around us who you can see a reflection of Christ in. Don't be afraid to give encouragement to your brothers and sisters in Christ who have been a blessing or inspiration to you. I myself have reflected on this word and noted things I can change about my life. I hope this has inspired someone else too.

GOD HAS ALWAYS LOVED ME

God has loved me since before time began,
The designer of all things had a great plan,
He had a plan to bring salvation to man,
The day I was reborn even the angels sang.

Rejoicing in heaven took place in heaven,
For I had found my Father and restoration,
It was a gift of love, grace and mercy freely given,
When the blood of Jesus washed me clean.

Like any good Father God gives good gifts to his children,
But that does not mean he does not discipline,
The Christian life has been a training ground for me,
My Father has instructed me to come away and learn of Him.

I am his child and I don't have all the answers,
But I know the one who has all the answers,
So I will spend time in the Word learning of Him,
And spend time in prayer and to his voice listening.

As I grow in wisdom and knowledge I can see,
Without a shadow of doubt he has been faithful to me,
Even when my faith has been weak he has come through for me,
There are times when I turned away, but he was always with me.

So even in the biggest difficulties of this life I need not fear,
For my Lord and my God is always, always near,
He said to cry out to Him in times of trouble and he will rescue me,
So I need not worry, I need not fear though all may seem at sea.

For my God is able to do things thought impossible,
And I bear witness in my life that he has done the incredible,
He has turned bad situations around and truly blessed me,
What he has done for me, he will do for you, can't you see?

You are dearly loved,and so precious in his sight,
But he wants you to come in faith and view him aright,
Rid yourself of all false perceptions and commit all over to him,
For he wants you to come in faith believing that with Jesus you will win.

Flee from the sin of unbelief in your heart,
Today is a new day, so make a new start,
You can trust in the Lord with your whole heart,
Now and forever your life can be for him set apart.

For He loved you too from before time began,
He even designed for you salvation's plan,
The day you to Jesus the angels rejoiced,
On that wonderful day you were by Father adopted.

He is a good Father who loves you,
He wants to lavish good gifts on you,
Whose report will you believe, the enemies lies?
Or will you believe God will prosper and not harm?

God's report is the one I will believe,
I will trust in him and his provision I will receive,
For my Daddy is good 100% of the time,
An easy road is not promised but he is with me all the time.

There is no need for me to live in fear,
Let today's troubles be sufficient, no worrying about tomorrow,
I will not be anxious because the Lord I know,
Has all things under his control so I have no fear.

I just want to be sure that those who ask for words from the Lord are not asking for a fortune telling experience. Asking specifically if you should send a resume is like asking if you should flip a coin and pray it comes down as heads. Please realize that God DOES guide our steps when we follow him. when looking for a job, you should be prepared with resumes and any other thing you think the future employer may desire from you. But God is not going to tell me for YOU to get out a resume. If you are to have the job, then everything once you have done your part, will fall into place, even sometimes at very last minutes. I pray the Lord, the Author and Finisher of our Faith GUIDE your steps. Amen
