It would be blasphemy for you not to read the WHOLE thread, what has been going on for over a year that has LIFTED GOD UP in testimony of this Love and Kindness that GOD IS. Please do not think, if one or ten of these posts has been 'off' that God thinks of this thread or these posts as BLASPHEMOUS. This is a PRACTICE PROPHETIC THREAD. No one here has claimed to be perfect. And God is also a JUDGE. a judge, ruler and cannot LOOK UPON SIN. Even though he is Love he is also a Jealous God. I challenge you to study more than just the John three sixteen version of God. there is also verse seventeen and eighteen and there is Revelation. Where it says that sinners who haven't ASKED for forgiveness and BELIEVED int he NAME of Jesus Christ, that THEY WILL PERISH because of their sin. and they will be condemned to an eternity without the God of Love. I do not judge you, as I am sure your intent is to make people Love a loving God, but my God also DESPISES SIN. He judges Righteously. And if one is not walking in the Truth and Love that is Christ then he CONDEMNS himself. That is Bible. You cannot have a God who loves with out knowing that there are certain things he HATES.Proverbs 6:16-19. 16 There are six things the LORD hates , seven that are detestable to him:.

God doesn't do evil to us, but ALLOWS certain storms and trials to come upon us to build up on our dependancy on Him and to show Satan that He has faithful followers. Check out Job. It was Satan that did the evil but God certainly OKED the happenings in the first two chapters. Not to cause us pain but to SHOW SATAN of God's Almighty and Faithful Ways and how some of His servants do not faulter under pressure.

to attribute to Him blame for any evil,
is blasphemy...​

2. To revile​

"And they that passed by Him (Jesus) reviled Him,

3. To defame​

"Being defamed ( blasphemeo), we intreat,
we are made as the filth of the world..."​

4. To slander​

Rom 3:8
"as we be slanderously reported...'​

5. To insult​

Matt 12:31
"all manner of sin and blasphemy will be...'
(speaking of the insult of Jesus attributing His power
to working with Beelzebub)​

We need to realize that for us to insult God,
in any way shape or form is blasphemy,
and is a horrible sin...​

We may not understand God's ways,
but His purpose toward all of us is good...
and if we find trouble and pain,
failure and poverty,
sickness or evil against us...
God is not to blame...​

It may be the devil,
it may be our own stupid resistance to God's ways,
and having left the path on which we were to walk with Him...
but it is never His fault...​

And to spread the lie that He has done evil to us,
is blasphemy...​

God is love...
God wants heaven to be our home...
and in no way would He work to bring evil upon His children...​

I feel like God wanted me to share this word. I don't know if it is for anyone in particular.

Phil 3:17 "Brothers, be imitators together of me, and note those who walk this way, even as you have us for an example."

I feel like God is saying that we should focus on living the way Jesus did. He lived a self-less life, caring about others more than himself, so much so, that he died for us. We should die to self and live for and like Christ. I also felt like God was saying that we should also acknowledge those around us who you can see a reflection of Christ in. Don't be afraid to give encouragement to your brothers and sisters in Christ who have been a blessing or inspiration to you. I myself have reflected on this word and noted things I can change about my life. I hope this has inspired someone else too.

The prosperity gospel is a lie, the Lord never promised us that we would not suffer, in fact, he tells us to rejoice when we suffer in and for Him.

I agree to a certain extent.
I don't believe God wants us poor, and no where in the Bible is there a "prosperity" gospel, and those that seek such is seeking a non truth in the BIBLE, ....However, the power of life and death are in the tongue, and out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
Jesus does tell us we will suffer for His sake, and to rejoice in all things. When we find contentment in everything, trials, joy, or famine, we will the true joy that comes from above.

God's word does not lie, and God is not a respecter of persons. Sometimes we do lose everything, but sometimes it's for a greater purpose than we know, HD.

I apologize if words spoken were 'heard' as condemnation;
I certainly did not mean them that way.

Sometimes 'intent' does not always come thru so clearly 'in print' ...
least, that is what I am learning ...

But the Spirit within me did somersaults yesterday at the blasphemy being spoken ...
in that one particular post.

I love God. Am so very grateful to Him.
He is Holy. He is GOD.

Is very difficult for me to just 'sit and watch' when persons speak falsely about Him ...
and especially in a 'Christian' forum where many others will 'read',
and some very new to the faith.

Was the rebuke wrong? Only God knows ... I wait for Him to tell me so.
But certainly blasphemy is a very serious sin, and many are not so aware of it,
or of how it grieves the Holy Spirit.

I have been well aware of this thread for a long time now ...
what goes on in here is between its participants and God.

It was only the speaking AGAINST the Lord ... and AGAINST His Holy Word ...
that would not keep me quiet.

If I was wrong to speak, God will show me.

I understand if you were confronting a POST but your quote said that the THREAD was blasphemous, so thought you were condemning the thread as blasphemous instead of an entry into it. I do not believe it is wrong to call out sin. we are all told to be like christ and christ spoke words of truth. So, I agree, maybe I MISSED the post you intended the rebuke to be towards. My appologies. I just didn't want our brothers and sisters being rebuked over an entire thread when God has used this practice prophetic in good and encouraging ways.

hey all, i would like to say that with all the reading on the post of blasphemy, I misunderstood Nuvu's intention of confronting one specific post by MISREADING or reading too fast and missing the quoted:

"Time has run out. No more phone or itnernet for schooling. I am a living testimony that Gods word is a lie. No one can prove me wrong. I know I will be banned for this, but I don't care. All is lost and its not my fault."

He was correct in stating that these statements (mentioned above in quotes, by someone in this thread) were blasphemous. It is true that many are thinking that prosperity is a main thing that God will do for us and that we will neverr have our electric cut and never have a phone disconnected and stuff like this. But greater faith or no faith at all, things happen in a sinnful world. we can blame them on God when they are just a part of humanity and the world and how it works.

I ask forgiveness for my misunderstanding of nuvu's post. Accept my humblest appology. I would have just pm's this message to him BUT as I had approached it and responded on this thread, i felt the chrstian way would be to appologize in this thread for my hasty conclusion to something that he confronted WELL and within BIBLICAL reasoning.

What I am about to say here you may not like, but I feel very strong about it, and really feel like it needs to be said. I feel the Lord wants me to say it, and I pray you receive it. A few months ago I posted something similar, and things have not changed for you, , and I have to wonder why, and I would hope you are questioning not God, but yourself and why things are either still the same or worse.

first of all, what you have said here in your last few posts I would be afraid to say. "God will come through, as I will not testify of His power unless He does something"..Do you realize how that sounds, ? That would be like your son standing up to you and saying, I'm not going to do what you say, Mom, unless you do this for me. What are you doing for God,? All of God's promises are yes and amen in Christ Jesus, but they are all conditional and have the "if" clause attached. God says "if" you do this, I'll do that for you. It bothers me to hear you talk like this. You won't testify of His power when He has come through for you time and time again, and because you can't keep your internet you're not going to praise Him? What about the parents that have just received word that their child has a terminal illness and they need a miracle, but they say "God I'm not going to testify of You and Your power unless you heal them"? No, that's not how God's kingdom works. you praise through the storm, . Out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks. What your heart is full of is what will come out of your mouth. I'm truly sorry you are having so much trouble, and things are not going the way you think they should, but something is seriously out of whack in your world, HD, (using this instead of your name for privacy reasons ) when you can't see beyond the bad things happening in your life and count the blessings you do have. You may not have a phone tomorrow, but you have 2 legs. You may not have internet tomorrow but you can see. YOu can walk to the library or take a bus and get online. If you can't find a job, clean houses. That's what I have done. At times I've worked 3 jobs to make ends meet. you can do the same.
I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, and I do have sympathy for your situation, but when you started talking against the goodness of my God, I draw the line. You may not be able to control your situation, but you do have control of your attitude through the trials. and you choose whether it will be good or bad. God can work through those who praise Him, HD, not those who are already expecting and believing the worse. Why would God do something contrary to what you are expecting?
What about that church? Have you found a new place to grow spiritually and fellowship with other believers? Or are you going to allow the past to hold you in bondage? and keep you from a wonderful future with Him?
If I did not care about you I would not take the time to write something like this. You've asked for a word from God, and I believe you have it. As Psalmist said earlier, HD, if there 's a job out there and you need a word to confirm whether to send a resume or not, that tells me alot.
I pray you find your way through the muck and mire to His feet, because that is where you will find your freedom. When you are on your knees before Him.

It may be that you are walking through your consenquences of your actions and decisions from the past, HD. I know I am still dealing with that in my own life. Every day I pray for God's grace to cover me, for while He does not remove those consenquences, He does give us grace to walk it out. He does help us, despite how you feel right now.
Find one church nearby, within walking distance and attend that church at least 2 to 3 weeks before trying another.
I pray you find what you are looking for..
and, btw, this wasn't a hijack at all . You asked for a word, I gave you what I felt God laid on my heart for you. Whether or not you receive it, that's up to you.

What about working as a waitress? I have a friend with a criminal record and he got a job as a waiter.

Sorry if this is prying too much, but what do you mean by "nothing" from the churches?
Churches are a great place to go, I can't endorse them enough. You can find beautiful, caring people willing to help you in so many ways. My church gives out monthly hampers full of food and basic essentials to families struggling financially. If the churches in your area don't help out with hampers or anything, can you try calling The Salvation Army or Anglicare (not sure what your equivalents are called)?

Are you able to apply to get the dole? In Australia, adults can get money from the government if they are actively seeking employment but unable to get a job.

GOD HAS ALWAYS LOVED ME

God has loved me since before time began,
The designer of all things had a great plan,
He had a plan to bring salvation to man,
The day I was reborn even the angels sang.

Rejoicing in heaven took place in heaven,

There are times when I turned away, but he was always with me.

So even in the biggest difficulties of this life I need not fear,
For my Lord and my God is always, always near,
He said to cry out to Him in times of trouble and he will rescue me,
So I need not worry, I need not fear though all may seem at sea.

For my God is able to do things thought impossible,
And I bear witness in my life that he has done the incredible,
He has turned bad situations around and truly blessed me,
What he has done for me, he will do for you, can't you see?

You are dearly loved,and so precious in his sight,
But he wants you to come in faith and view him aright,
Rid yourself of all false perceptions and commit all over to him,
For he wants you to come in faith believing that with Jesus you will win.

Flee from the sin of unbelief in your heart,
Today is a new day, so make a new start,
You can trust in the Lord with your whole heart,
Now and forever your life can be for him set apart.

For He loved you too from before time began,
He even designed for you salvation's plan,

God's report is the one I will believe,
