You haven't heard the worst of it. There are flat earthers on this forum as well. The first time I encountered one, I just knew he had to be a poe, but, to my amazement, he wasn't.

Modern cosmology is acentric. How can this acentrism be proven? I don't think it can.

Modern cosmology assumes there is no special location in the universe. How can the Copernican principle be proven? I don't think it can.

Yes, I've dedicated more time to it than most people that don't support it. I make an effort to give every idea a chance. And there is quite a bit of variation in ideas as to how the Earth could be flat.

The ones that don't rely on ridiculous global conspiracies that aren't even feasible or make sense often rely upon improper measurements, outdated papers, and not understanding what sorts of results you should even get to indicate a flat earth.

So, as an example, a claim that the planet is a flat disk, with all land masses on one side. THEN WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER SIDE?! We'd have observed ages ago that there was only so far a person could go before ending up at the edge to where the dark side is. Because you know, in that model, the sun is tiny and spins around above the flat Earth like a ball on a string.

There are just tons of different proposals, like a flat Earth curved around like a tube that the sun goes around. However, the most common model I have seen is a flat Earth in the shape of a circle with all the familiar land mass on one side, the sun and moon doing a circular motion above, with a dome-like outer space and atmosphere.

Statement of my position to the Atheist, Agnostic, Gnostic, Theist:

Ok, I'm a faithful Believer in the Bible being the true revelation of God by His work, by His Word Jesus Christ.

So I = Faith Position = God did this.

Agnostic Position = God may or may not do it.

Atheist = Null position = No God, No doing this.

So, my position is that the method of science cannot prove God because God Himself is hidden but His work is visible (Faith is the requirement for His creation).

When you question my claims, I repeatedly state that to the atheist there are gaps in his position, namely "Origins" and that theories are in error and could be instead "xyz" based on "God did it".

I cut accepted theory down by Faith in the bible and its creation account (testimony) of the revelation of God's creation, to His creation, by Himself.

Then proceed to explain how I believe the position of Atheism is wrong to state the following in philosophy:

Nothing begot Something.
Non-Life begot Life.

I believe that the flat earth theory IF proven will rock the foundations of science.
