My adult daughter was accidentally bitten by her dog. I took her to the ER and all they did was flushed it out. A short time later she developed uveitis and then shingles, and then swollen glands. She's seen a few different doctors but they haven't found what it is. I'm worried it may be lymes or a co-infection. I would appreciate any prayers for her.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

They usually have more problems with human bites compared to dog bites. Put it under the Blood and trust in God for her healing. He is more than able.

Father, I pray for the healing of all and whatever has come up since this dog bite. You are all knowing, all powerful, all caring, and the greatest Physician there is. May You use all these attributes upon this one in the restoration of health to her body, and blessing upon her spirit. May she come to know You in a great sense through this experience, and may others know You better as well. To Your glory. Amen.
