Refunds are covered in the OP of this thread. I will reiterate: Erwin is going to allow full refunds for one week after the launch for any items returned, for whatever reason. After this, they will go back to the normal 30% refund.

I think it will be timed to coincide with the completion of the conversion and the roll-out of the characters. So, a week or so!

I dun know about fun and intersting..The whole thing is beging to agravte me..all the stuff i got is compelty changing. As for my kitten doll I realy would like the old one back..I got it bcuz it was back and Japineese looking and relay cool and i fell in love with it and now it's just..weird looking..same with my teddy bear sheld..i got bcuz it looked like a real teddy bear i cute fluffy 3d teady bear and now it's a big fluffy panckae lol. And if i'm going to get a refund i would like a full refund not half of one.

I am new to the design team, and am now working on my first item. but put yourselves in our shoes: the ENTIRE armory department needs to be converted, people are asking toooooons of questions, some items are very small and difficult to convert, and there's someone who's angry cus her cat doll, giraffe, and teddy bear shied look dif! Also, have you thought that maybe it could be hurtful to erwin and the staff that you are expressing in such a bold way that you are "agrevated", and obviously disappointed about this change? So many people are working hard to make these changes, even if you don't like them, they are still going to be made. it's like if your cat dies: you loved him sooooo much, and now you're sad, you get a new cat, at first you aren't too interested, but eventually, the new cat becomes a wonderful replacement for your old.

well excuse me for trying to state how i feal fyi i don't think erwin hate sme but that's for putting me down and making me angry i apprcate it so much. I don't complain about everything i liked the treach coat and i liked other things but appenlty u over looked that and focued on the negitive cuz ur aiming to put the idea out that i'm so evil person that Erwin hates so much then fine. All I'm sayin is that I'm going to say how i feal about the changes and if i like them or not i'm not saying n e one did a horible job in the process..and if u hate my opion so much i'll be happy to comment on all of urs! And no it's not like my cat dieing..if my cat died and i got a new one it wouln't matter..nothing is going to "relplace" the old cat..perhaps we need to put it in terms u would undersatnd. Ur grandma dies but someone goes and gets u a new one..mabye ur not intesrted at first but evenly u warm up to it..what kinda of example was that lol that was lame..nothing is going to replace something that u love.it's not that easy.

Ok, settle, i did not mean to offend u, and, i think you kinda blew wut i said out of porportion. No, i doubt erwin is near hating u, i just think we could be a little lighter on how we complain<---or suggest, whatev! Maybe i shouldn't have said "replace", but i bet you got where i was going. I didn't mean to affend n e one but commenting on what i thought of the armor or wathever and i been yelled at by knigt for good enough so that last thing i needed was to hear u talking about how i'm complaining or wahtever. Cuz i wasn't. I was merly stateing how i felt about how my stuff is getting changed aroud or whatever. I undersatnd that the whole siutation is hard but it doesn't mean that i can't state what i feel. I don't like this whole swich what i bought thing to begain with and then having u come in and tell me what i should say and what i shouln't say is just agravting. If i feal that i want to say my teddy bear shild has turned into a pancke and my giraffe is like humgofied then i'll say it..and if i hate how everything is getting changed aroud then i'll say that too. I'm not saying that the "desgin team" is doing a bad job i'm smiply stateing what i do or do not like.. that's it.. It doesn't need to be dragged out into this whole big thing and no one needs to affend n e one. END OF CONVRESTION!

It may seem like we're not listening to the concerns about armor that didn't turn out the way people would like. But that's not true. Although our focus right now is CONVERTING things, when we have time many of us want to go back and FIX things that people didn't like. I am reading this thread and the feedback about items and I *think* it helps me to do a better job when I get to the next item to convert.

So, although it CAN tweak my conscience and tweak my pride that someone didn't like an item after I converted it, I'm not taking comments about items I converted personally. And I'm making note so I can go back and try to make some items better after everything has been converted.

But, it's impossible to please everyone all the time (because people have different opinions about the changes). So when all the dust settles, it's nice that we'll be able to return armory items for a full refund.

/Edit One more thing I wanted to mention and forgot. There are limitations to both armor systems. The 24x24 pixel size was a huge limitation. But making items wearable is also a limitation and a constraint on how we can make things look.

Well, we just got out of a long and drawn out design meeting about the graphics and stuff and we have all decided to go with a minimalistic approach that way we can all use our imaginations.

So, here is the NEW and IMPROVED "Bear Shield"...

and here is my favorite "Halo Armor"...
