All he's asking you to do is look at the transcript that the White House themselves released, and look at it objectively.

No, Im being asked to accept a position I know to be incorrect because an individual has an opinion, and some emotions. I am supposed to accept that opinion and only that opinion.

Meanwhile, no creedence at all is given as to why this all is even going down in the first place. Anything from my side of the argument is viewed as a conspiracy theory, and yet here we are.

Well you say that, but frankly you’ve been a bit disappointing the last few days. Usually you are pretty open to having actual discussions about events, but now we have something with actual public evidence to discuss, instead you keep posting stuff which is basically just ‘blah, blah, blah, Dems lying again’. There’s some posters here who we expect that from, but not usually you.

We have a memo released from the White House itself showing an edited version of the President talking to a foreign leader and asking him to investigate one of his political rivals. What do you actually think about that?

Relevance? This thread is about Donald attempting to trade weapons to a foreign government in exchange for them investigating one of his political rivals. Regardless of how guilty Biden might or might not be that does nothing to change what Donald did.

Well you say that, but frankly you’ve been a bit disappointing the last few days. Usually you are pretty open to having actual discussions about events, but now we have something with actual public evidence to discuss, instead you keep posting stuff which is basically just ‘blah, blah, blah, Dems lying again’. There’s some posters here who we expect that from, but not usually you.

To be honest, Im human, and I'm ticked off. I do apologize for my attitude. To be honest, it never seems like we are having a conversation. It normally feels like a dog pile of accusations, rhetoric, and smears when ever I present something.

My other issue is personal. I have a member of my family that is a security administrator GS-15 DOS that might be implicated having work directly with HRC. I have seen that individuals named mentioned. Regardless of how I feel about issues they are still a member of my family. It is taxing. In many ways I am angry. Scared, confused, and even feel betrayed. My entire family is in one form of another government, military, or police. Lots of tension right now. Including a brand new son in law that might be getting deployed while I'm expecting my first grandchild, and my daughter is on a military base a thousand miles away.

So there is the truth of it. Im human. And I am sorry for causing any issues.

People keep say 'political rival' like this wasnt why Trump was even voted into office in the first place. So basically you just run against Trump, and you can no longer be investigated?

I'm trying to figure out a way of explaining this that is comprehensive, and concise. But there is sooo much to this. I have touched on this before and you can search my posts, no this is not new.

I think that is more of a deflection than a reality. It was brought to light in order to showcase Trump as acting against a political rival. It was already happening, it is just now framed in a certain light and bringing it into the forefront. Normally, if someone brings up investigations into the DNC, FISA, Steele dossier, Clinton foundation, so on, they are immediately meet with accusations and reasonings as to why their claim is false. This is more of the same. Instead of it being a part of an ongoing investigation it is viewed as an attack on a political rival.

And why ask a foreign government to do it?

He is not asking a foreign country to 'do it'. He is asking them to investigate what involvement they had.

This is getting into 5 eyes, and programs like it. International data collection and surveillance between governments.

I do not get how you come to that point of veiw. Trump has been arming the Ukraine for quite some time. He has also spoken against Germany for giving Russia billions concerning a pipeline for fuel, stating it was foolish to give your enemy money and be dependant on their fuel if you go to war. Has gotten NATO to pay billions more to arm against Russian invasion in the area. Trump put sanctions on Russia concerning the Ukraine.

They already have American weaponry. I mean 2016- 2017

If an American citizen is suspected to be involved in crimes abroad, there are proper channels for handing the investigation.

On the contrary, thank you for confronting me in the manner that you did. Sometimes you don't know what you are saying actually gets heard at all. To hear you tell me to get it together because you find it disappointing the way I was ranting means something to me. So thanks. Maybe I'm not just talking to myself.
